In my distress, I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.-Psalm 18:6 The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.-Psalm 145:18  Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.-Jeremiah 29:12  Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.-Jeremiah 33:3 
 
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.-James 4:2 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.-1 John 5:14  A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.-John 13:34  Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.-Romans 12:12  Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.-Colossians 4:2  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.-Hebrews 4:16  
 
Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.-Philippians 4:6-7  Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.-1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
 
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.-Matthew 6:6  But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.-Matthew 6:7
 
Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.-James 4:2  Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.-James 5:16  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.-1 John 1:9
 
I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.-Psalm 66:17   And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.-Acts 16:25  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.-1 John 5:15  But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.-James 1:6 
 
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.-John 14:13  For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.-Matthew 18:20  Therefore, I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.-Mark 11:24
 
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.-1 John 3:22  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.-1 Peter 5:8
 
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.-John 15:16  These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.-Acts 1:14  But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.-1 Peter 4:7
 
But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.-Luke 6:27-28  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,-Galatians 5:22  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.- Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.-John 14:27
