THE TRIUMPHS OF FAITH

Heavenly Father, thank you for your many blessings. Thank you for holding us blameless in a crooked and perverse generation. Thank you for giving us the power to tread on scorpions and serpents, and for proclaiming that 'no harm shall by any means comes to us.' Let Your Will be done in our lives and on earth, as it is in Heaven, and let Your words always be mine. Praise God! Amen.

Today, as I was watching Prophet Robin Bullock's The Eleventh Hour live stream from March 8, 2022 (see video below) about living 'by faith,' I realized, yet again, exactly how great our God is! One week earlier, on March 1, 2022, I posted a blog titled "By Faith." (Read "By Faith" here.)  If God has a word to be said, He will make sure it is said, all around the world, any which way He can, however we are listening!

In Robin's video below, he talks about, among other things, Hebrews 11, The Triumphs of Faith, which shows how man's faith in God has sustained and saved mankind since Abel. It is truly amazing!

By faith, Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, the people of Israel, the walls of Jericho, Rahab the prostitute, and many others, kings and prophets, all by faith in God, perpetuated mankind's existence and blessings from God. Hallelujah! Praise God! Amen.

Hebrews 11

The Triumphs of Faith

3 "By faith we understand that the worlds (universe, ages) were framed and created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.

4 By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which it was testified of him that he was righteous, and God testified by accepting his gifts. And though he died, yet through [this act of] faith he still speaks.
(See God's word to me about Cain and Abel, here.)

5 By faith Enoch was caught up and taken to heaven so that he would not have a glimpse of death; and he was not found because God had taken him; for even before he was taken [to heaven], he received the testimony [still on record] that he had walked with God and pleased Him.

6 But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.

7 By faith Noah, being warned by God about events not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his family. By this [act of obedience] he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness which comes by faith.

8 By faith Abraham, when he was called [by God], obeyed by going to a place which he was to receive as an inheritance; and he went, not knowing where he was going.

9 By faith he lived as a foreigner in the promised land, as in a strange land, living in tents [as nomads] with Isaac and Jacob, who were fellow heirs of the same promise.

10 For he was looking forward to the city which has foundations, [an eternal, heavenly city] whose architect and builder is God.

11 By faith even Sarah herself received the ability to conceive [a child], even [when she was long] past the normal age for it, because she considered Him who had given her the promise to be reliable and true [to His word].

12 So from one man, though he was [physically] as good as dead, were born as many descendants as the stars of heaven in number, and innumerable as the sand on the seashore." . . ."

17 "By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises [of God] was ready to sacrifice his only son [of promise];" . . ."

20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even regarding things to come.

21 By faith Jacob, as he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and bowed in worship, leaning on the top of his staff.

22 By faith Joseph, when he was dying, referred to [the promise of God for] the exodus of the sons of Israel [from Egypt], and gave instructions concerning [the burial of] his bones [in the land of the promise].

23 By faith Moses, after his birth, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful and divinely favored child; and they were not afraid of the king’s (Pharaoh’s) decree.

24 By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25 because he preferred to endure the hardship of the people of God rather than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin." . . ."

27 "By faith he left Egypt, being unafraid of the wrath of the king; for he endured [steadfastly], as seeing Him who is unseen.

28 By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood [on the doorposts], so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch them (the firstborn of Israel).

29 By faith the people [of Israel] crossed the Red Sea as though they were passing through dry land; but when the Egyptians attempted it they were drowned.

30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they had been encircled for seven days [by Joshua and the sons of Israel].

31 By faith Rahab the prostitute was not destroyed along with those who were disobedient, because she had welcomed the spies [sent by the sons of Israel] in peace.

32 And what more shall I say? For time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets,

33 who by faith subdued kingdoms, administered justice, obtained promised blessings, closed the mouths of lions,

34 extinguished the power of [raging] fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became mighty and unbeatable in battle, putting enemy forces to flight.

35 Women received back their dead by resurrection; and others were tortured [to death], refusing to accept release [offered on the condition of denying their faith], so that they would be resurrected to a better life;

36 and others experienced the trial of mocking and scourging [amid torture], and even chains and imprisonment.

37 They were stoned [to death], they were sawn in two, they were lured with tempting offers [to renounce their faith], they were put to death by the sword; they went about wrapped in the skins of sheep and goats, utterly destitute, oppressed, cruelly treated

38 (people of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts and mountains and [living in] caves and holes in the ground."

These are those whom will rule with Christ for a thousand years (the Millennial Reign). Rev. 20:4

Let's pray that we all, by faith, endure and remain steadfast in Christ until the end, because, truly, ours is the Kingdom of God!

Love and light in Christ,
Melanie

Heavenly Father, thank you for your many blessings in our lives. Thank you for not forsaking us, and for your unending grace (favor) upon us. Let Your words and Your will be mine, and let Your children with eyes and ears, see and hear the words. Amen.

This is another aspect of the same story, which God began putting on my heart around the end of last year, and just today, as I was reading Genesis, yet again, showed me the following scripture, and shone His Light on it for my discernment:

“And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed.” Genesis 5:29

Gen. 5:29 is one of those scriptures I read, put to the back of my mind, and then keep going, because what the literal heck does it mean? I mean, how on earth did Noah ‘comfort’ anyone when all of mankind died in the flood except Noah and seven other human beings?

So, the LORD cursed the ground to which Genesis 5:29 refers when Adam and Eve ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil:

Genesis 3

God Curses the Ground for Adam’s Sake

17 “. . . cursed is the ground for your sake; in sorrow shall you eat of it all the days of your life; 18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you . . .”

Also, at this same time, God tells Adam that the ground will be cursed all the days of his life.
What else do we know from the time of Adam?

Well, we know that there was no rain, only a mist that came up from the ground:

Genesis 2:5-6 “5. . . for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth . . . 6 But a mist went up from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.”

I read somewhere previously that this ‘mist’ came up only in certain areas, and the vegetation grew only in those areas. The rest of the land was desolate and, one could say, only yielded ‘thorns’ and ‘thistles.’

We can confirm from Hebrews 11:7 below that there was no rain until the time of the great flood:

“By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house . . .” Hebrews 11:7.

‘Being warned of God of things not seen as yet.’

Of what ‘things not seen as yet’ did God warn Noah at that time? Scripture tells us that God warned Noah of rain, and a lot of it!

“For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights . . .” Genesis 7:4

So, God warned Noah of rain, and 'by faith. . . moved with fear,' Noah listened to God. Noah, nor anyone alive, had ever heard of, or seen, rain before this time. The only water they knew of,
since the time of Adam, over 1,600 years (from Adam's birth in 4114 BC to the great flood around 2458 BC), was a mist that came up from the ground. Genesis 2:6. This is why everyone was carrying on their lives as if nothing were going to happen, eating, drinking, marrying and having children. Luke 17:27.

'By faith . . . moved with fear,' Noah listened to God, but no one else had the same faith in God, or fear in God's words through Noah, and they would not listen to Noah’s warnings. They did not know what rain was until it began to rain, and then, of course, it was too late for them. They had not listened to or obeyed God, and they had not followed the standard, or flag, God placed in their lives.

As I wrote that, the Holy Spirit said write the following: We should always follow the standard, or flag, God places in our lives, to warn and direct us in times of trouble. We see example after example in the Bible of God telling His chosen how to survive the times: If the water is foretold to rise, build a boat; if the rocks are falling, take shelter; if there is famine in the land, store food; if an army is coming, run to the walled cities, et cetera. God will never allow His children to be tempted more than they can withstand! Listen to God!

In conclusion, ending where I began, at Genesis 5:29: “And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed.”

Ultimately, Noah did comfort us, not only by being found righteous in God’s eyes, and thereby saving mankind, but, also, because God blessed Noah and his sons, opened the heavens and caused it to begin raining on the earth for the first time in over 1,600 years. This gave mankind the opportunity to rise above the 'thorns' and 'thistles' with which the ground was cursed for Adam's sake.

Finally, we know that Noah comforted us because God sealed His new covenant with Noah by placing a rainbow in the clouds. God said that when He sees the rainbow, it will remind Him of His covenant with man, and to never again destroy the earth with a flood.

God is great - all the time!

So, are you listening to God 'by faith,' and 'moved with fear' even? As Jesus said, you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe who have not seen me. John 20:29

Hallelujah! Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

"DENOUNCE EVIL" AUDIO BLOG

THE NARROW AND WIDE GATES

Picture
Matthew 7

13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad and easy to travel is the path that leads the way to destruction and eternal loss, and there are many who enter through it.

14 But small is the gate and narrow and difficult to travel is the path that leads the way to [everlasting] life, and there are few who find it."

This is a word God has been putting on my heart for the last year, with the first word on February 23, 2021, almost one year ago, "Denounce Evil," followed by:

8/28/21 - Man is a slow learner
9/13/21 - The sins of Jeroboam
12/14/21 - Work With God, Not Against Him

All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to God Most High. Let Your words be mine, and not my own, and let Your children with ears to hear, hear. In Jesus' name. Amen.

2/23/21 - Denounce Evil

This was a tough one, one of those words where I opened a blog, put basically the title, "Denounce Evil," and saved the date. I opened the blank document a few times over the year, but I was clueless.

This morning though, God dropped a doozy on me. When I opened my website to start a new blog about the 'doozy,' I opened instead an untitled blog that I created around November 2021, which was a combination of these words from God on the dates I mention above, including "Denounce Evil." Now, because God is great, all the time, the 'doozy' He dropped on me this morning, finalizes His words to me given on the dates above, which He has given me over the last year.

His first word to me almost one year ago on February 23, 2021, "Denounce Evil," should have been enough for me to write this blog, but as His Word tells us:

"For though by this time you ought to be teachers [because of the time you have had to learn these truths], you actually need someone to teach you again the elementary principles of God’s word . . ." Hebrews 5:12

So, even though, over the last few years, God has literally changed my life, and how I lived it, I did not understand the full meaning of the changes as they related to evil in our every day lives. Evil that we let into our homes, and our children's lives, every day!

Let me try to explain. I knew that God had willed me to stop watching horror movies, especially movies about spirits, demons, sorcery, wizards, the underworld (vampires), but, also, bloody, violent movies. All of my favorites, by the way! So, this was a BIG change for my life, but it was really an involuntary change, meaning I had no control over it. All of a sudden, I realized that I could no longer watch movies like that, because they went against everything godly.

It was an involuntary action or change in my life (God's Will), and this morning, He turned on a light inside of me that shone clear as day:

Woe to us! We have gone the 'defiant way of Cain,' who thought he could climb into heaven some other way than through the door. That one is a thief and a robber. John 10:1

What does that mean? It means, we may say to ourselves, or anyone who will listen, Oh, it is just a movie, or just a poster on my child's wall, or just a t-shirt, or just some jewelry, et cetera, but to the demon or spirit it was created to deify, it will always be a sound of victory, representing defeat over God's precious chosen, Us!

Cain knew right and wrong and the consequences, and he chose to be disobedient to God, and, by so doing, obedient to Satan and evil. Instead of worshipping God, he chose to worship Satan. See my blog about 'Cain and Abel' here.

Satan is the ruler of this world, and the "things" in it are his to give:

Matthew 4

9 "And [Satan] says unto him [Jesus], All these things will I give you, if you will fall down and worship me.

10 Then said Jesus unto him, Get you hence, Satan: for it is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve."

So, idol worship is worshipping (spending time with) any 'thing' more than you worship (spend time with) God.

In fact, we are specifically told to meditate on His teachings day and night: "But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night." Psalm 1:1

Trust me, I know firsthand the Truth hurts. I mean, I just recently found a couple of websites where you can watch practically any movie you want to watch, which in times past, would have been a gold mine for me. Now, though, I find very little worth, or worthy of, watching, and when I watch those movies now, with my new 'spiritual eye,' I see their in plain sight, hidden, agenda, which was and is to corrupt our minds, trying to keep us from moving towards God's glory, our rightful inheritance.

Satan is the ruler of this world!

1 John 2:

15 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

17 And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides for ever."

So, bottom line, you 'worship' whatever you spend the most time on during the day, which is sad because most people worship their jobs more than anything else. All is not lost, however, because as I have written before, you can, and should, still worship God, even while you are at work, or driving in the car, or standing in line. Hallelujah! Praise God. Amen.

Now, it is not really our fault, but it is. Meaning, Adam and Eve chose sin for us initially, but God, in His infinite Power and Wisdom, gives us every possible escape from temptation. 1 Corinthians 10:13.

The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matthew 26:41

Next up, God put on my heart on August 28, 2021, that "Man is a Slow Learner."

I chuckled to myself as I was writing this because the Holy Spirit showed me that this message was meant for me! I am a slow learner! Clearly, since it took me almost a full year to understand the word from Him, "Denounce Evil"!

8/28/21 - Man is a Slow Learner

Joshua, the son of Nun, whom was Moses' assistant ruling over the Israelites, and whom assumed the role of leading them after Moses died, did not defeat all of God's enemies before he died. God left many enemies to test the Israelites. The Israelites lived in obedience to God until the death of Joshua, and the death of the remaining elders after him. After that, they "did evil in the sight of the Lord," so He sold them into slavery for eight years, and they repeatedly did evil in His sight.

When you read the Old Testament, you cannot help but wonder why the Israelites were so stubborn? The LORD was actually with them, showing them signs, wonders and miracles, first in Egypt, and, then, during their 40 years in the wilderness. Yet, Moses was gone only 40 days and 40 nights to talk to God, and the people had already convinced Aaron (a Levite and the High Priest for God) to make them a golden calf to worship, and he did!

In the generations that came afterwards, the ratio of bad kings outnumbered good kings, and thus the people who followed these bad leaders were bad as well. The Israelites never seemed to learn from their mistakes. When times got really bad, and the false idols they were worshipping did not answer their prayers to save them, because they never did, could or would, they then prayed to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, whom they knew all along would save them, and He did, time and time again.

As you can see from the following chart (courtesy of biblesanity.org), there were a lot more bad rulers than good.

Satan is very good at his job.
Picture

The next thing God put on my heart related to "Denounce Evil," was the "The Sins of Jeroboam," on September 13, 2021.

9/13/21 - The Sins of Jeroboam

Having researched this at the time, I can tell you what those sins were.

First, Jeroboam, told the Israelites that they did not have to travel all the way to Jerusalem every year to worship their God, the God of Israel, but they could just worship him more conveniently at one of the two 'high places,' which Jeroboam had built.

Second, Jeroboam decreed that anyone could serve as a High Priest at his high places, even though the Mosaic Law said that the high priests had to be from the Levitical line.

Third, Jeroboam made golden cows, idols, and placed them at the high places for people to worship!

You can see from the chart above that ALL of the kings of Israel after Jeroboam were bad, which in the Bible describes as "followed the sins of Jeroboam."

How does this relate to our lives? As I was typing this, God gave me that answer! In the scenario above, in the order given:

First, Satan tells us that we do not need to travel all the way to church, but that we can just worship God more conveniently from our own homes, on the network Satan built, on our computers or televisions.

Acts 2

1 "When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place,

2 and suddenly a sound came from heaven like a rushing violent wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting."

"Not forsaking our meeting together [as believers for worship and instruction], as is the habit of some . . ." Hebrews 10:25

So, "They were all together in one place." They did not stop meeting together, as is the habit of 'some.' Not at home, staring at a computer or television, or, if Satan has his way, not worshipping at all!

Ironically, this word was to me in September. My husband and I started attending church about a month later, for the first time in the 18 years of our marriage, which I just realized as I was typing this!!

Second, in 'the Sins of Jeroboam' analogy above, Satan has decreed that anyone can serve as a high priest at his churches, places of worship, especially anyone not teaching sound doctrine. 2 Timothy 4:3

So, was God warning me to find a church that teaches sound doctrine? Most likely, especially since we went to another church first, where you could feel the presence of the Lord and Holy Spirit were stifled, nonexistent.

Third, Satan has made many idols for man to worship in his world. Remember, you worship whatever you do or think about the most:

"
Do you not know that when you continually offer yourselves to someone to do his will, you are the slaves of the one whom you obey, either [slaves] of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness (right standing with God)?" Romans 6:16.

To withstand Satan, we are told to clothe ourselves with God's Word Ephesians 6:11-24, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.' 2 Corinthians 10:5. Amen.

Now, God's last word to me (that I was awake to hear) on this subject, until today, was back on December 14, 2021, "Work With God, Not Against Him":

12/14/21: Work With God, Not Against Him

If we understand God's Power, the Power of His Word and His Love, why do we not all work with Him, instead of against Him?

When I think back on my own, personal experiences with God and the Holy Spirit, beginning when I was 13 years old, again in my 30s, and then not again until 58, I knew from these experiences that there was something supernatural out there, if and when I could tap into it, something that could change the very essence of who I was. See 'My Testimony to God's Power here.

I did not understand this supernatural force until recently though, and, or course, I still do not understand it fully. Even though I knew all of these years that there was something out there, I still ran from it instead of embracing it.

Here again, I now know this message, "Work With God, Not Against Him," was for me, and I know what it is about. One day, when I decide to admit it, and listen to Him, I will write about it. Amen!

So, really, not much has changed:

Over six thousand years later, and man is still stubborn!

Satan is still deceiving.

God's end game is still for man to reap his rightful inheritance.

And, Satan's end game is still to stop that, at all costs, while unwittingly or unwillingly moving man towards salvation. God is great, all the time.

Denounce Evil!

"Do not participate in the worthless and unproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character];" Ephesians 5:11

Not by words but by power! 1 Corinthians 4:20

Hallelujah! Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

THE KINGDOM OF GOD

"THE KINGDOM OF GOD" AUDIO BLOG

MICHEL ANGELO'S
"THE CREATION OF MAN"
Notice that God and His children
are inside a human heart!

Picture
20 "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation:

21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

Heavenly Father, thank you thank you thank you for Your many blessings in my life. We are weak, so thank you for being strong. Thank you for Your Word that says, Ask and I will show you great and mighty things, and thank you for Your words to me. Let Your words and Your Will always be mine, and let Your children with eyes and ears, see and hear. Hallelujah! Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Something that God has put heavy on my heart recently is 'The Kingdom of God.' In fact, as I started to write this blog, and I typed the title above, 'The Kingdom of God,' it seemed familiar, and I felt I had just typed a blog with the same title, and, sure enough, I did, on February 3, 2022, which you can read here.

As He usually does, however, God kept pouring out information into my spirit, even giving me further word on it through a prophet, after I had already written about it on February 3. God is truly amazing and truly works in mysterious ways. Praise God. Hallelujah! Amen.

So, what about 'The Kingdom of God'? I mean, I was aware of a kingdom of heaven and a kingdom of God in the Bible. When I first read the Bible, I guess I felt, thought, assumed, that the kingdom of heaven and kingdom of God was the same thing. Then, I realized, or learned (God showed me), that 'The Kingdom of God' is within you:

"Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." Luke 17:21.

I mean, we have all read or heard that, but, even so, what does it really mean?

In my desire to understand God and His Word over the last couple of years, God has put some videos in my path about physics, our universe, and God's Word. See those videos here and here. These videos show that God's Word is alive; our words are alive; the Bible is real and explains the worlds in terms a five-year-old can understand; and, also, that our bodies are partially energy, which can never be destroyed, only transformed, as God's Word tells us, from one glory to more glory, in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Still, though, what is 'The Kingdom of God'? The Kingdom of God is God's Power, His 'Choicest Grace.' 1 Corinthians 12:31

Now, 'grace' is one of those words in the Bible that I really did not understand until recently. I think it was even a bit frustrating to me, not to fully understand it, and to keep reading Scripture about God's graces, because, let's face it, if you cannot understand the words, then they are just words. I thank God for waking me up from Satan's blindness to God's Power. This awakening comes in stages, not all at once, and, of course, you do not realize you were blinded until you actually see!

GRACE

Definition of grace (Merriam-Webster)

1a: unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification

b: a virtue coming from God

c: a state of sanctification enjoyed through divine assistance

SANCTIFY

Definition of sanctify (Merriam-Webster)

1: to set apart to a sacred purpose or to religious use : CONSECRATE

2: to free from sin : PURIFY

So, 'grace' means we were freed from sin and set apart for God's sacred purpose, not because we earned it, but a favor from God, for no other reason than He loved us.

Now, when Jesus told the Pharisee in Mark 12:34 that he was 'not far from the Kingdom of God,' it was because the Pharisee knew the words about loving God and loving others as yourself, but he did not have God's Power ... of doing and being like Christ.

"For 'The Kingdom of God' is not in word, but in power." 1 Corinthians 4:20

'The Kingdom of God' is not in word. It is not in saying, talking, and telling others: 'Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.'

'The Kingdom of God' is in power, in doing, in being like Christ, loving God, and loving everyone, unselfishly.

Definition of power (Merriam-Webster)

1a(1): ability to act or produce an effect.

'The Kingdom of God' is in power, 'the ability to act or produce an effect,' an unselfish love, not in word, or talking, or preaching, but in doing and being, like Christ.

The Divine Kingdom

"In the days of those [final ten] kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will its sovereignty be left for another people; but it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it will stand forever." Daniel 2:44

God IS setting up 'His kingdom,' which is His children, believers, who are awakening to the Power of God, 'The Kingdom of God' within them! The kingdom will be turned over to Jesus, and Jesus gave only two commandments, which now give new meaning to me about what I have been saying for the last couple of years. I even made a meme about it (see below), which is that Jesus gave two commandments 'which could change the world':  love God and love your neighbor as yourself.

Scripturally, and literally, that is exactly what the two commandments are intended to do: Change the world!

By realizing God's Power in being and doing His 'Choicest Grace,' unselfish love, and thereby receiving 'The Kingdom of God' within us, we WILL change the world around us, and darkness will literally flee! Hallelujah! Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

So, believers, who have repented, turned away from sin, and brought into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ:

  • Are members of the body of Christ by the grace (favor) of God.

  • Are each, individually, 'temples of God,' and the Spirit of God dwells in us. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17

  • And, finally, not last and certainly not least, Are children of the Most High God, and His kingdom, 'The Kingdom of God,' is available for all mankind, who desire and seek God's 'Choicest Grace,' not in word, but in power, which is doing and being, unselfishly loving, like Christ!

Are you talking . . . or doing?

"For 'The Kingdom of God' is not in word, but in power." 1 Corinthians 4:20

Not by saying ..... but by doing. Not by words, but by power, God's Power.

James 1

21 "So get rid of all uncleanness and all that remains of wickedness, and with a humble spirit receive the word [of God] which is implanted [actually rooted in your heart], which is able to save your souls.

22 But prove yourselves doers of the word [actively and continually obeying God’s precepts], and not merely listeners [who hear the word but fail to internalize its meaning], deluding yourselves [by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth].

23 For if anyone only listens to the word without obeying it, he is like a man who looks very carefully at his natural face in a mirror;

24 for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he immediately forgets what he looked like.

25 But he who looks carefully into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and faithfully abides by it, not having become a [careless] listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys], he will be blessed and favored by God in what he does [in his life of obedience]."

God Bless each and every one of you! Jesus loves you, and so do I!

Awaken!

Amen.

THE MILLENNIAL REIGN

"THE MILLENNIAL REIGN" AUDIO BLOG

"So they will fear the name of the Lord from the west

And His glory from the rising of the sun.

For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream

Which the breath of the Lord drives [overwhelming the enemy]." Isaiah 59:19

Heavenly Father, thank you for Your many blessings. Thank you for Your Word, and Your words through me. Let them always be Your words and not my own, and let Your children with ears to hear, hear. In Jesus' name. Amen.

First, I do not know why God picked me for these words, but I thank Him for it. I was certainly the least in Spirit my entire life, almost 62 years. See my Testimony to God's Power here. He will always lead you to do the right thing though.

Hallelujah. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

This is an amazing time we are in. He is freely pouring out His gifts and talents to His children. I heard something like, 10 years ago, there were 10 prophets. Today, there are literally over ten thousand, and His Word confirms this will happen. Acts 2:17

There is so much going on around us in the world right now though. Prophets have been saying that God's plan is getting ready to be revealed to everyone, the corruption is being abolished, and God's people are being bandaged, healed and revived. Also, see my blog titled, "The Narrow Gate" for more about God's Spiritual War.

So, the night of January 25, 2022, in my sleep, I received the words "2,000 years," and just a feeling, or a sense of knowing, that it was about Jesus Christ's Millennial Reign.

I first posted this blog on January 27, 2022. It was posted for about a week before I took it down, because I realized that God was still forming His word in me about the subject, and that I was hasty in my conclusions and in posting the blog before God was finished. Forgive me, Father.

So, what did God’s word to me, “2,000 years” and the Millennial Reign of Christ mean? I now know it to mean that 2,000 years after the death of Jesus Christ, or on or around the year 2033, He will return to finish bandaging, healing and reviving us, and we will reign with Him for 1,000 years.

Remember, no one knows the exact date of His return, not the angels or the son, and I do not claim to know the exact date. Matthew 24:36.

Now hear me out. Let’s look at some other Scripture God showed me that points us to the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ being 2,000 years after His death:

Luke 10:25-37, the Parable of the Good Samaritan. Let’s look at this parable from a different angle than typically recited. In this interpretation, the ‘injured man’ is mankind. The priest and the Levite represent the Law, which was condemnation to sin and death, and the ‘Good Samaritan’ is Jesus Christ who will bandage, heal, revive and raise us up. Hosea 6:1-3

In this parable, the Good Samaritan (Jesus Christ) bandages and heals the injured man, and takes him to the Inn. The Inn represents the church. The Good Samaritan (Jesus) gives the innkeeper (the church leader) ‘two pence’ and says, I will repay you when I return, and whatever more you spend.

If we consider that a day is a thousand years to God, and a thousand years a day, as written in 2 Peter 3:8, then Jesus is saying that He has paid amply for our safekeeping until His return, one pence per each one thousand years, or 2,000 years after His death, on or around the year 2,033.

Moving on, let’s look at the six days of creation in the book of Genesis for our next scriptural interpretation. Genesis 1:1-31, 2:1-3

God created everything in six days, and He saw that it was very good, so He rested from all His work, and sanctified the seventh day, or made it Holy, free of sin and guilt.

Consider, again, that a day is a thousand years to God, and a thousand years a day, and the creation story took place in six days, or 6,000 years. God has not forsaken us; before the world began, His plan was for man to have eternal life. Titus 1:2. From the time He created us on the six thousandth year (sixth day) of creation, He gave His promise of salvation (His Son), who will rule with His Chosen for 1,000 years, from the six thousandth year (after man's creation), until the seven thousandth year, the sanctified and Holy day, when we will return to God forever.

Note that 6,000 years after man's creation also happens to be 2,000 years after Jesus' resurrection, which coincides with the Parable of the Good Samaritan interpretation above.

Also, man was created on the sixth day of creation, or 6,000 years into the creation story, and our Savior, Jesus Christ, will return 6,000 years after man's creation; a total of 12,000 years. I am sure there is biblical meaning there somewhere.

To further validate God's word to me regarding this interpretation of Scripture, let us look at a calendar from the creation of man, roughly 4,004 BC, until today, 2022 AD. These dates are only rough estimates, because, again, no one knows the exact date of His return:
Picture
From the creation of man around roughly 4,004 BC, to today, February 8, 2022, is 6,025 years. Six thousand years since the creation of man, and the time when Jesus will rule with us for 1,000 years. Roughly, 1,000 before the coming of the New Heavens and New Earth, the sanctified, Holy Day, made free of sin and guilt, the seventh day, or seven thousandth year, when all former things will pass.

Hosea 6:1-3 further tells us approximately where we are in God’s timeline:

1 “Come and let us return [in repentance] to the Lord,

For He has torn us, but He will heal us;

He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.

2 After two days He will revive us;

On the third day He will raise us up

That we may live before Him.

3 So let us know and become personally acquainted with Him; let us press on to know and understand fully the [greatness of the] Lord [to honor, heed, and deeply cherish Him].

His appearing is prepared and is as certain as the dawn,

And He will come to us [in salvation] like the [heavy] rain,

Like the spring rain watering the earth.”

Amen.

So, from the time of our creation, roughly 6,000 years ago, He has wounded and torn us, and bandaged and healed us. Hosea 6:1.

What proof, you say?

Well, think about it, from the dark ages (approximately 400 AD to 800 AD); to the wild, wild west (1800s to 1900s); the emancipation of black people in 1863; women’s rights, late 1800s to early 1900s; 1917, when Jerusalem was liberated; 1948, when Israel was established as a State; then, in the 1900s, of course, everything exploded in medicine, manufacturing, technology and science.

Even so, I think it is fair to say that a significant number of people, even some of God's people, 'believers,' feel torn and wounded right about now. If you are still feeling that way, have you returned in repentance [turned away from sin] to the Lord, brought into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ, so He will heal, bandage and revive you? Do we have faith in the unseen, the invisible, or are we like Doubting Thomas, who had to touch Jesus' wounds to believe? John 20:24-31

Now, after two days, or 2,000 years after Christ’s death, or roughly the year 2033, He will revive us, to rule with Christ in His Millennial Reign. Hosea 6:2.

On the third day, or roughly 3,000 years after Christ’s death, around 3,033, He will raise us up that we may live before Him forever, in the New Heaven and New Earth, and all former things will pass away. Hosea 6:3

Still not enough proof? I saw a video (see video below) a year or two ago that kind of shook me about an asteroid called 'Apophis.' Even though I put it to the back of my mind, it has always been in the back of my mind, and now I know why God showed it to me. The following video is not the original video I saw, but is basically the same content or idea.

In the original video, they said that the people who found the asteroid and named it 'Apophis,' which translated means 'Hell' - You can't make this stuff up -  had reported that it was going to hit earth in 2029. Then, they said that after NASA got ahold of the information, suddenly it was no longer going to hit earth, but would 'narrowly miss' us. Hallelujah. Praise God. Amen.

The following video says that it will pass earth twice, 2029 and .... seven years later, 2036.

It may surprise many people to know that nowhere in God's Word does He ever tell His chosen to stand there and let the rocks fall on their heads. To the contrary. Praise Emmanuel, God is With Us, always protecting us, but He is with us, protecting us, as believers, through the Holy Spirit, feeding us His word for the times, His Plan, His timeline even, either directly or through His prophets. This is how He communicates with us: Through the Holy Spirit inside us, if we are listening, or through His prophets. Not through the fake news or social(ism) media.

Wake up before it is too late!

‘Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit.' [the Holy Spirit]  Zechariah 4:6

For those who obey Him, those who repent (turn away from sin), which means reading His Word and praying, loving, doing, being ... the light of the world (or, at least earnestly trying - God knows our hearts).

He never allows us to be tempted more than we can withstand. 1 Corinthians 10:12-14. And He will not start now.

In the Bible, the standard or flag is raised to direct the people in difficult times. I read something some time ago that said the standard was raised for only a couple of reasons: To tell the people to prepare for war; or, to tell them to take shelter (there may be a third reason). Jeremiah 4:6, 4:21. The standard is also referred to in Isaiah and Numbers.

"So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him." Isaiah 59:19 (KJV)

Remember, He is not coming to bring peace, but a sword of division between righteous and unrighteous. We must be prepared by wearing the Full Armor of God, so we can withstand the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11-24. Sometimes I feel like a broken record, but I guess God wants me to be a broken record. Praise God. Amen.

In order to withstand, we must also follow the standard, or flag, God is placing in our lives. The only way we can do this is by listening, to His prophets, and to Him, by inviting the Holy Spirit into our lives, and surrendering to God.

He has been preparing His chosen, the believers, for the times to come, and we know people turn to God the most in despair. "The righteous cry, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." Psalm 34:17

How can we ascend unless we first descend?

How can we be 'born again' unless we first die?

How can we be revived unless we are first torn down and wounded? Hosea 6:1

And, if we return to Him in repentance [turning away from sin], He will heal and bandage us. Hosea 6:1. And, on the second day, revive us. Hosea 6:2. And, we will be held blameless in a crooked and perverse generation. Philippians 2:15.

And, nothing shall by any means hurt us. Luke 10:19

Now, I realize this is crazy talk, but it cannot be any crazier than the rest of this blog. I saw a video last year about a time traveler who said the world ends in 3036. See a short movie made by the Nostradamus brothers: Confessions of a Time Traveler, the Man from 3036.

If this link does not work, you may be able to find it on freemoviesfull.com or 123movies.net.

So, following God's Word to me, "2,000 years," after two days, or roughly 2,000 years after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, or around or about the year 2,033, He will revive us to reign with Him for 1,000 years, and then on the third day, or roughly 3,000 years after His death, He will raise us up incorruptible and immortal that we may live before Him forever.

"So they will fear the name of the Lord from the west

And His glory from the rising of the sun.

For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream

Which the breath [Spirit] of the Lord drives [overwhelming the enemy]." Isaiah 59:19

"For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming [in glory] of the Son of Man [everyone will see Him clearly]." Matthew 24:27

The above video says that only approximately 2 billion people in the world will be able to see the coming of Apophis. There are about 2.5 billion Christians in the world. Is that plus or minus one-half billion that do not wake up in time for that event, the ‘beginning of the birth pangs’? Matthew 24:8

Let me end this blog where I started, with Hosea 6, specifically v's. 1 and 3:

1 “Come and let us return [in repentance] to the Lord,

For He has torn us, but He will heal us;

He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.

Amen.

Make sure your spiritual house is in order. We are here at this very time for God's purpose:

“And your people will rebuild the ancient ruins;

You will raise up and restore the age-old foundations [of buildings that have been laid waste];

You will be called Repairer of the Breach,

Restorer of Streets with Dwellings."

Isaiah 58:12

We will be called the 'Repairers of the Breach' and 'Restorers of Streets with Dwellings,' in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

He is not coming to bring peace. He coming to bring a sword of division between the righteous and unrighteous. Amen.

God Bless You!

Heavenly Father, creator of the heavens and the earth, thank you. Thank you for all of your many blessings on the earth, which are ours through Christ Jesus. Fill us with Your Spirit, and let us always speak Your words and not our own. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

These are great times God's children are coming into, if we persevere and remain steadfast in Him until the end [of this event in God's Plan].

Click here, here, and here, to see God's Word to me 2020 through present about sin, death and destruction, but, most importantly, God's forgiveness for the obedient.

Obedience is obeying God, which is not merely saying, "Lord, Lord." In other words, not just saying, I believed in you Lord, Jesus, but he that actually does the will of the Father in heaven. Matthew 7:21-23

Again, broken record incoming, but the will of the Father in heaven is that, yes, we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, so that through Him, we show
our repentance, or turning away from sin, by living changed lives in obedience to God. By so doing,  God's Light can shine through us, and cause all men everywhere to come to worship, and give all glory, to the One True God, as it is written.

God's Will, will be done, and even the demons know it:

"And they [the demons] screamed out, 'What business do we have [in common] with each other, Son of God? Have You come to torment us before the appointed time [of judgment]?'" Matthew 8:29

Jesus answered the tempter, Satan, ". . . Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." Matthew 4:3-4

He also said, "For it is not those who merely hear the Law [as it is read aloud] who are just or righteous before God, but it is those who [actually] obey the Law who will be justified [pronounced free of the guilt of sin and declared acceptable to Him]." Romans 2:13

FAITH AND WORKS, WORKS AND FAITH

James 2

Faith and Works

14 "What is the benefit, my fellow believers, if someone claims to have faith but has no [good] works [as evidence]? Can that [kind of] faith save him? [No, a mere claim of faith is not sufficient—genuine faith produces good works.]

15 If a brother or sister is without [adequate] clothing and lacks [enough] food for each day,

16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace [with my blessing], [keep] warm and feed yourselves,” but he does not give them the necessities for the body, what good does that do?

17 So too, faith, if it does not have works [to back it up], is by itself dead [inoperative and ineffective].

18 But someone may say, “You [claim to] have faith and I have [good] works; show me your [alleged] faith without the works [if you can], and I will show you my faith by my works [that is, by what I do].”

19 You believe that God is one; you do well [to believe that]. The demons also believe [that], and shudder and bristle [in awe-filled terror—they have seen His wrath]!

20 But are you willing to recognize, you foolish [spiritually shallow] person, that faith without [good] works is useless?

21 Was our father Abraham not [shown to be] justified by works [of obedience which expressed his faith] when he offered Isaac his son on the altar [as a sacrifice to God]?

22 You see that [his] faith was working together with his works, and as a result of the works, his faith was completed [reaching its maturity when he expressed his faith through obedience].

23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and this [faith] was credited to him [by God] as righteousness and as conformity to His will,” and he was called the friend of God.

24 You see that a man (believer) is justified by works and not by faith alone [that is, by acts of obedience a born-again believer reveals his faith].

25 In the same way, was Rahab the prostitute not justified by works too, when she received the [Hebrew] spies [messengers] as guests and protected them, and sent them away [to escape] by a different route?

26 For just as the [human] body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works [of obedience] is also dead."

Context is everything in God's Word, and verses that are together should usually be considered in the same context. In v's. 18 and 19 above, James is pointing out that even the demons have faith in One God and tremble or shudder, "so faith [in One God] without works [of obedience to God] is also dead." v. 26 above.

"Works of obedience," not works of good deeds, but works of obedience to God, which, of course, include works of good deeds, but, also, works of obedience to God's call to repent, turn away from sin, awaken to righteousness and His purpose or plan for your life.

Are you listening to God's call? Many hearts will be healed, bandaged and revived now, and on the third day, raised with Christ in the clouds Hosea 6:1-3, but many others will be hardened forever.

Awaken! Awaken from your spiritual complacency.  Romans 13:11

DO'S AND DO NOTS FOR 'SURVIVING' GOD'S PLAN

Do's:
  • Do accept, love and obey God and His only begotten son, Jesus Christ.
  • Do love your neighbor [all people, believers and unbelievers, rich and poor] as yourself. This is not fulfilled by saying 'I love you,' but by 'doing' for others, unselfishly, like Jesus.
    • All the law and the prophets are fulfilled in these two commands.
  • Do 'bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.' 2 Corinthians 10:5

Do Nots:
  • Do not fear man, who can only hurt the body. Fear God, who can burn both the soul and the body in hell.
  • Do not love this world or the things in it. All such things are idol worship.

There are many other 'Do Nots,'  but if you are doing the 'Do's,' then you do not need to worry about the 'Do Nots,' because all is fulfilled by the doing of the 'Do's.'

Hallelujah. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

AWAKEN FROM YOUR SLEEP

"AWAKEN FROM YOUR SLEEP" AUDIO BLOG

Picture
"Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame." 1 Corinthians 15:34

All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to the One True God, our Heavenly Father. Let Your words and Your Will be mine, and let those with a mind to understand, see and hear. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

In 2019, God told me that we are in a Spiritual War and a Spiritual Revival. A Spiritual War is not a war in the physical realm, but in the supernatural realm. Ephesians 6:12. (Also see my blog titled, 'The Narrow Gate" here)

You cannot be a warrior for God in this Spiritual War, but will only barely escape through fire 1 Corinthians 3:14-16, if you are not wearing the full armor of God. Ephesians 6:11-24. I know. Broken record. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Now, as I have said before, we can see the Spiritual Revival happening all around us, here and there, thousands being brought to Jesus Christ. Amen. It was not until a couple of days ago, however, that I came to a very important realization. God turned on my light again, so to speak: The Spiritual Revival is around us, but more importantly, it is inside of us.

See more under 'My Testimony to God's Power.'

So, when God's Spiritual Revival began, the world did not all of the sudden become darker. No, it has always been dark, because, as God said, men have nothing but evil thoughts continually. Genesis 6:5

If the world did not become darker, then what did happen? Well, God is awakening His children. Some of us, 'believers,' have awakened from our sleep of spiritual complacency (Romans 13:11 below), and others continue to awaken.

All of a sudden, murdering unborn babies at all, ever, but especially at nine months old in the womb, the day they are suppose to be born, became a real life horror movie, against everything Godly, or morally right. Or, silencing and censoring people on social(ism) media, who do not agree with you, which is called communism by the way. These are just a couple of in-your-face examples, but awakening is so much more. See my blog titled 'Sin No More.'

Awaken from your sleep of spiritual complacency, or I will come like a thief in the night.

Romans 13

8
[2]Owe nothing to anyone except to [3]love and seek the best for one another; for he who [unselfishly] loves his neighbor has fulfilled the [essence of the] law [relating to one’s fellowman].

9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, you shall not murder, you shall not steal, you shall not covet,” and any other commandment are summed up in this statement: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor [it never hurts anyone]. Therefore [unselfish] love is the fulfillment of the Law.

11 Do this, knowing that this is a critical time. It is already the hour for you to awaken from your sleep [of spiritual complacency]; for our salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed [in Christ].

12 The night [this present evil age] is almost gone and the day [of Christ’s return] is almost here. So let us fling away the works of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light.

13 Let us conduct ourselves properly and honorably as in the [light of] day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and irresponsibility, not in quarreling and jealousy.

14 But clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for [nor even think about gratifying] the flesh in regard to its improper desires."

  1. Romans 13:2 An exception to this is recorded in Acts 5:27-29. See especially v 29.
  2. Romans 13:8 Debt is generally to be avoided, but Paul probably is addressing debt to individuals with whom one has a personal relationship.
  3. Romans 13:8 The key to understanding this and other statements about love is to know that this love (the Greek word agape) is not so much a matter of emotion as it is of doing things for the benefit of another person, that is, having an unselfish concern for another and a willingness to seek the best for other believers.

'Now these things happened to them as an example and warning [to us]; they were written for our instruction [to admonish and equip us], upon whom the ends of the ages have come.' v. 11 below:

1 Corinthians 10

1 "For I do not want you to be unaware, believers, that our fathers were all under the cloud [in which God’s presence went before them] and they all passed [miraculously and safely] through the [Red] Sea;

2 And all [of them] were baptized into Moses [into his safekeeping as their leader] in the cloud and in the sea;

3 and all [of them] ate the same [1]spiritual food;

4 and all [of them] drank the same [2]spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ.

5 Nevertheless, God was not well-pleased with [3]most of them, for they were scattered along the ground in the wilderness [because their lack of self-control led to disobedience which led to death].

6 Now these things [the warnings and admonitions] took place as examples for us, so that we would not crave evil things as they did.

7 Do not be worshipers of handmade gods, as some of them were; just as it is written [in Scripture], 'The people sat down to eat and drink [after sacrificing to the [4]golden calf at Horeb], and stood up to play [indulging in immoral activities].'

8 We must not indulge in [nor tolerate] sexual immorality, as some of them did, and twenty-three thousand [suddenly] fell [dead] in a single day!

9 We must not tempt the Lord [that is, test His patience, question His purpose or exploit His goodness], as some of them did—and they were killed by serpents.

10 And do not murmur [in unwarranted discontent], as some of them did—and were destroyed by the [5]destroyer.

11 Now these things happened to them as an example and warning [to us]; they were written for our instruction [to admonish and equip us], upon whom the ends of the ages have come."

  4. 1 Corinthians 10:7 The selection of a calf-god was probably inspired by the Egyptian bull-god Apis (Hapis), believed to be a living manifestation of the Egyptian god Ptah.
  5. 1 Corinthians 10:10 Perhaps a reference to the angel of destruction whom the rabbis called Mashhith.

I had read  somewhere before that not everyone who left Egypt with Moses and the Israelites were allowed to enter the promised land, which was one of the reasons God took so long getting them there. All of the original warriors from Egypt had to die before the Israelites could enter. The warriors were too hardened and would not obey God. I had no idea, however, that it was only two people, Joshua and Caleb, from the original group that left Egypt, including Israelites, who were allowed to enter the promised land (along with others who were born during the 40-year trip). See v. 5 above, and footnote 3.

The road to hell is wide and easy to find, but the road that leads to eternal salvation is narrow and difficult to follow, and few will find it. Matthew 7:13-14 These are not just words. Think about it. How could it be narrow and difficult to follow if all you have to do is say, I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior? That is easy, but it is just the first step. Anyone can speak words. But, can we obey God? That is what the Scripture repeatedly tells us to do, the apostles and God's prophets in the Bible tell us to do, Jesus Christ himself tells us to do, obey God:

"
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." Ecclesiastes 12:13.

Do we think that God is not talking to us, that He is talking to someone else?
Awaken from your sleep [of spiritual complacency]' before it is too late. Also see my blog titled, 'Are You a Lukewarm Christian?'

The world is broken, but YOU are not. God is moulding us. Let the pieces that no longer serve God fall off. Let God mould you into His Will, and
'Become, Become, Become.' (See "Become" poem by clicking here.)

Let us all pray that God's children, His chosen, every one, awaken from their sleep of spiritual complacency, are not too hardened to obey Him, and will all be allowed to enter into the promised land. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and obey God's precepts and commands. All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to the living God, the great I Am. In Jesus' name. Amen.

HUMBLE YOURSELVES

"HUMBLE YOURSELVES" AUDIO BLOG

Picture
"Humble yourselves [with an attitude of repentance and insignificance] in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you [He will lift you up, He will give you purpose]." James 4:10

Heavenly Father, thank you for hearing our prayers, and promising healing, restoration, and the peace that passes all understanding, if we pray. Let Your words flow through me and not my own. Let those with ears to hear, hear. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Praying is new for me. I think that is another part of the reason why I started attending Saturday Night Prayer Meeting at church. I was hoping to hear people pray, so I could get a clue, and also, hopefully, the courage to pray out loud with other people. Of course, I now realize that it was not courage that I needed, but the Holy Spirit, because if you have the Holy Spirit, then God will give you the words to say at the right time:

"For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict." Luke 21:15

Knowing that still does not break down 'the Wall' we have put up around ourselves, which comes from a  lifetime of self-conditioning to keep people away. I say, "we," because I know I am not the only one. I have heard too many people say, even recently, that they like animals more than they like people, or even, God forbid, 'I hate people,' which a family member told me very recently.

Since some coincidences, however, are God-scheduled opportunities, I took that opportunity with my family member to tell her what I had learned about hating recently. I said something like, I was there (hating people) not long ago, but I love them now. It is hard, but you have to look at everyone as if they are you.

Thank God, she is on her own path with God, and she replied, 'You know what is so weird? I had that exact same thought yesterday. I was judging someone. I literally thought to myself, what I would have said in her position.'

Praise God. God is Great - All the Time!

LOVE EVERYONE

Hate Evil:  Proverbs 8:13

Love Your Enemies:  Matthew 5:46

Bless those who curse you:  Matthew 5:44

Now, God's Word literally tells us everything we need to know to have productive, happy, fulfilling, and abundant lives, now and in life everlasting. Jesus boiled down all of the Law and the prophets that were prior to Him into two things, two things that could change the world: Love God with all of your heart, mind and soul, and love your neighbor as if it were yourself.

That is it! Most, if not all, of God's blessings are unlocked by loving Him and others: tithing, offerings, meditation, healing, prayer, which brings me back to the topic of this blog: Prayer.

We only began attending church at the end of 2021. I had been watching some Pentecostal sermons online during the lockdowns, and was hoping to find a Pentecostal church. However, when there is a church a half a mile from your house, you have to give it a shot, so we did.

Lovely church, lovely people. It could have been home, except it was missing one very important element to me: The Holy Spirit. Not only could you not feel the presence of God in the church, it felt almost stifled. We attended only twice, and then started looking again.

Thank God, we found our current church. I really believe the presence of God is in the entire church building all of the time.

Prayer is a big part of the church. After each worship service, we have a prayer time. Our pastor has always encouraged people to come up to the altar and pray. Again, I am new to prayer, and to God for that matter, but what I know is that God has been talking to me for three or four years now, and almost all of that time I was not even attending church.

Really, I just started praying more regularly, other than at meals, in the last couple of years, in my home, in the shower, in the bed half asleep in the middle of the night, occasionally getting up and praying, but never on my knees. I mean, it hurts.

So, recently, the last couple of services, Pastor has been encouraging us to kneel to pray (at the altar, in the pew, wherever). Again, I was like ugh. There is a little bit of guilt then, for not kneeling, which probably comes from the Holy Spirit, so I got up and kneeled to pray when he said it. But, again, ouch.

In the back of mind, I am thinking, God listens no matter where you pray. I know this firsthand. So why should I cause myself pain? Forgive me, Lord, and Pastor David.

Then, today, because God is Great All the Time, this showed up as the Verse of the Day on biblegateway.com:

"Humble yourselves [with an attitude of repentance and insignificance] in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you [He will lift you up, He will give you purpose]." James 4:10

Now, as I have written about many times recently, we know God's Word is alive and powerful. I also KNOW that the Holy Spirit is present in my church. Knowing those two things, and now knowing the Scripture James 4:10 above, I would be pretty dumb not to humble myself in the presence of the Lord by kneeling.

God's Word tells us to do this one thing, humble yourself in His presence, and be exalted, raised in character, elevated, raised high.

Merriam-Webster

Definition of exalt:

1: to raise in rank, power, or character
2: to elevate by praise or in estimation
4: to raise high

So, do you have to kneel, or even pray around the altar? No, of course not. We have something called 'free will,' and it allows us to do pretty much whatever we want, within the law, and hopefully within some moral limits.

To activate God's blessings, however, we have to obey Him. His Word is written for us, to tell us how to activate His Power on earth, and, of course, in eternal life everlasting.

Kneeling, as a sign of respect for, and surrender to, the One who created all things, may hurt for a moment, but the blessings may very well last a lifetime.

"O come, let us worship and bow down,

Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker [in reverent praise and prayer]." Psalm 95:6

And, of course, in the end, we know that every knee will bow to Jesus, and every tongue confess to God. Romans 14:11-12

This body of flesh is temporary. This pain is temporary.
God forbid we ever forget the pain Jesus endured for us (see video below). Isaiah 53:5-12

Hallelujah. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

SIN NO MORE

"SIN NO MORE" AUDIO BLOG

Have you heard people say, 'once saved, always saved'? What does it mean? Can you continue to sin after you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and still expect to receive eternal life?

Ephesians 2:8-9:

8 "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast."

God's Word does tell us that we are saved by His grace, and not by works, but it also tells us many other things about what He expects from us. As a matter of fact, practically the entire Old Testament is God telling us what He expected from the Israelites, and then the Gentiles at the time. We now have the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins, but does that mean we should continue to sin, breaking God's precepts and commandments? God forbid!

Jesus said to His disciples in Matthew 5:

18 "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

Will we be called 'the least' or 'great' in the kingdom of heaven?

Still, that doesn't sound too bad, right? At least we are in the kingdom of heaven, right? Nope, wait. There is more!

Hebrews 10:26 is probably familiar to most of us: "For if we go on willfully and deliberately sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice [to atone] for our sins [that is, no further offering to anticipate],"

Seldom, however, do I see the remaining verses, 27 through 30, quoted with v. 26, especially v. 30:

30 “For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine [retribution and the deliverance of justice rest with Me], I will repay [the wrongdoer].” And again, 'The Lord will judge His people.'”

"And again, 'The Lord will judge His people.'" Who are 'His people'? Taking the two verses 26 and 30, as if they are in the same context, the Scripture is referring to the ‘believers’ in Jesus Christ. ‘The knowledge of the truth,’ received in v. 26 comes from the Holy Spirit, which believers can receive only after having accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. John 14:6

Likewise, Romans 14:10-12 tells us that we will ALL (believers) stand before the judgment seat of Christ and confess, and give account of ourselves, to God.

We know that God will have compassion and mercy on whom He chooses. Romans 9:15.

Should we abuse, or take advantage of, God's grace or good favor? God forbid!

Romans 6

1 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?"

Jesus said, Sin No More!

"Afterward Jesus finds him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, you are made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing befall you." John 5:14

“She answered, ‘No one, Lord!’ And Jesus said, ‘I do not condemn you either. Go. From now on sin no more.’” John 8:11

Jesus also said, "For it is not those who merely hear the Law [as it is read aloud] who are just or righteous before God, but it is those who [actually] obey the Law who will be justified [pronounced free of the guilt of sin and declared acceptable to Him]." Romans 2:13

Sin No More!

‘Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Matthew 5:18-19 Amen.

Jesus says, Repent or Perish (Luke 13 below)

The definition of 'repent' is not to simply accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The definition of 'repent' is to turn away from sin!

Likewise, the definition of ‘righteous’ is not to simply accept Jesus Christ either. Would you be surprised to find out that ‘righteous’ means to obey God? Or, Sin No More!

"For it is not those who merely hear the Law [as it is read aloud] who are just or righteous before God, but it is those who [actually] obey the Law who will be justified [pronounced free of the guilt of sin and declared acceptable to Him]." Romans 2:13

The unrighteous, guilty, sinful, sexually immoral, liars, murderers, adulterers, thieves, will not inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Luke 13

Repent or Perish

1 "Just at that time some people came who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate [the governor] had mixed with their sacrifices.

2 Jesus replied to them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans because they have suffered in this way?

3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways and live changed lives], you will all likewise perish.

4 Or do you assume that those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed were worse sinners than all the others who live in Jerusalem?

5 I tell you, no; but unless you repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways and live changed lives], you will all likewise perish.”

Parable of the Fig Tree

6 Then He began telling them this parable: “A certain man had a fig tree that had been planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it, but did not find any;

7 so he said to the vineyard-keeper, ‘For three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree and have found none. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground [depleting the soil and blocking the sunlight]?’

8 But he replied to him, ‘Let it alone, sir, [just] one more year until I dig around it and put in fertilizer;

9 and if it bears fruit after this, fine; but if not, cut it down.’”

Some Historians note that the Galileans were probably at the Temple offering sacrifices, when Roman Governor Pilate’s soldiers came through and killed them all at the sacrificial altars, thereby mingling their blood with the slain lambs’ blood. Pilate wanted more money from the Temple treasury, but the Jews refused, so Pilate sent men dressed as citizens, and armed with daggers, into the crowds, demanding money, and killing whomever resisted.

The Jews who were reporting this to Jesus in v. 1 above were implying that they were better than the Galileans because they did not die like that. And, v. 4.

Notice that Jesus repeats v. 3 again at v. 5, showing a sense of urgency: "I tell you, no; but unless you repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways and live changed lives], you will all likewise perish.”

Jesus' answer shows that the Jews who told Him about the Galileans believed that God had permitted them to be killed due to their sins. Jesus was letting them know, in no uncertain terms, that those who died were not necessarily greater sinners, but rather the Jews should themselves repent, turn away from sin, and that if they did not repent, they would all perish as well.

So, considering in context Luke 13:1-5, as well as the 'Parable of the Fig Tree’ which follows Luke 13:6-9, as with much in the Bible, there is a lot of debate about whom the fig tree and the vineyard represent.

Let’s focus on what we do know from the parable. God is looking for fruit on the trees. Surely, He would do the same with His vineyard. He has given us a season to change our lives, before the trees that do not produce fruit are cut down. v. 9. Praise God. Amen.

Again, 'repent,' which Jesus himself tells us to do, means to turn away from sin. Sin No More!

Romans 2

3 "But do you think this, O man, when you judge and condemn those who practice such things, and yet do the same yourself, that you will escape God’s judgment and elude His verdict?

4 Or do you have no regard for the wealth of His kindness and tolerance and patience [in withholding His wrath]? Are you [actually] unaware or ignorant [of the fact] that God’s kindness leads you to repentance [that is, to change your inner self, your old way of thinking—seek His purpose for your life]?

5 But because of your callous stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are [deliberately] storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed."

Romans 2

14 When Gentiles, who do not have the Law [since it was given only to Jews], do instinctively the things the Law requires [guided only by their conscience], they are a law to themselves, though they do not have the Law.

15 They show that the essential requirements of the Law are written in their hearts; and their conscience [their sense of right and wrong, their moral choices] bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or perhaps defending them

16 on that day when, as my gospel proclaims, God will judge the secrets [all the hidden thoughts and concealed sins] of men through Christ Jesus.

Sin No More! 'Lest a worse thing befall you.' John 5:14 above.

"Then when lust hath conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death." James 1:15

Romans 14

5 "But because of your callous stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are [deliberately] storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.

6 He will pay back to each person according to his deeds [justly, as his deeds deserve]:

7 to those who by persistence in doing good seek [unseen but certain heavenly] glory, honor, and immortality, [He will give the gift of] eternal life.

8 But for those who are selfishly ambitious and self-seeking and disobedient to the truth but responsive to wickedness, [there will be] wrath and indignation.

9 There will be tribulation and anguish [torturing confinement] for every human soul who does [or permits] evil, to the Jew first and also to the Greek,

10 but glory and honor and inner peace [will be given] to everyone who habitually does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

11 For God shows no partiality [no arbitrary favoritism; with Him one person is not more important than another]."

God is very patient with us. He is waiting for us to bear good fruit (our thoughts, words, actions, deeds) in the name of Christ Jesus!

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." 2 Corinthians 5:17

"Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you." Revelation 3:3

"And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." Revelation 22:12

Jesus is coming like a thief in the night. Are you ready? Who will be left behind?

Bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ! 2 Corinthians 10:5. And, ask and God will show you great and mighty things. Jeremiah 33:3

Hallelujah. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

COUNT YOUR MANY BLESSINGS

1/11/2022

Count your many blessings, name them one by one!

Ephesians 1

3 Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ,

4 just as [in His love] He chose us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, so that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In love

5 He predestined and lovingly planned for us to be adopted to Himself as [His own] children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the kind intention and good pleasure of His will—

6 to the praise of His glorious grace and favor, which He so freely bestowed on us in the Beloved [His Son, Jesus Christ].

Amen!

Heavenly Father, thank you for our many blessings. Your Word is True and Just, and provides blessings to those who see and hear it. May Your Words always flow through us until You come. Even so, come Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Now, no one understands God's timeline completely, or His Word, for that matter. This is why there are so many varying opinions, spanning over hundreds, even  thousands, of years. God even makes it clear in His Word that men speak of things they do not understand. Jude 1:10

Everything

Visible and invisible, or supernatural, is made

By, For, and In God!

Colossians 1:16

One thing we should understand from His Word though is that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. We really do not need to know anything else. God made our choice very simple. Hallelujah! Amen.

God is Good - All the Time!

The Book of Revelation is a prophecy about what will happen to those who make the wrong choice, those who choose the wrong road or path, because, as I said, God made it really easy, and there are only two choices in this life: God or Satan. "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

We know throughout the Bible, however, that God is gracious and merciful and wants everyone to return to Him, and He never allows us to be tempted more than we can withstand. For this reason, the Bible is full of blessings for believers: "Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ," Ephesians 1:3

Now, in the Book of Revelation, God specifically provides Seven Blessings to believers. All seven  blessings pretty much have the same theme: Repent, turn away from sin, and turn to Jesus Christ, and you will be blessed! Which coincidentally is also the same theme God has put on my heart in these blogs for the last year! Praise God. Hallelujah. Amen.

The Seven Blessings of the Book of Revelation

The First Blessing

"Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and who keep the things which are written in it [heeding them and taking them to heart]; for the time [of fulfillment] is near." Revelation 1:3

Read the prophecy, the Book of Revelation.

Hear the words of the prophecy.

Keep the things written in it, in your heart; take heed of the words.

Be blessed by God.

The Second Blessing

"Then I heard [the distinct words of] a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes, [blessed indeed],” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest and have relief from their labors, for their deeds do follow them.” Revelation 14:13

Remain steadfast in Christ until the end, even unto persecution and death.

Be blessed by God.

The Third Blessing

“Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is he who stays awake and who keeps his clothes [that is, stays spiritually ready for the Lord’s return], so that he will not be naked—spiritually unprepared—and men will not see his shame.” Revelation 16:15

Keep your 'eye' single, spiritually perceptive, focused on God, wearing the Full Armor of God, and meditating on His Word day and night.

Be blessed by God.

The Fourth Blessing

"Then the angel said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he said to me [further], “These are the true and exact words of God.” Revelation 19:9

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9

Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and obey God.

Be blessed by God.

The Fifth Blessing

"Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) and holy is the person who takes part in the first resurrection; over these the second death [which is eternal separation from God, the lake of fire] has no power or authority, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and they will reign with Him a thousand years." Revelation 20:6

"You who obey the Lord’s commands, listen to what he says: 'Your brothers hated you. They turned against you because you followed me. Your brothers said, ‘When the Lord shows his glory, then we will rejoice with you. But they will be punished.'” Isaiah 66:5

Believers in Christ will take part in the first resurrection. Unbelievers will take part in the second death.

Choose God now! Turn to Christ in full obedience.

Be blessed by God.

The Sixth Blessing

“And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is the one who heeds and takes to heart and remembers the words of the prophecy [that is, the predictions, consolations, and warnings] contained in this book (scroll).” Revelation 22:7

This blessing is almost exactly the same as the First Blessing, which would probably indicate some urgency for man to read, hear and obey, or take heed of, this prophecy (the book of Revelation).

The Seventh Blessing

"Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are those who wash their robes [in the blood of Christ by believing and trusting in Him—the righteous who do His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city." Revelation 22:14

How many will "enter by the gates into the city?"

God's Word tells us that the road to heaven is narrow and difficult to follow, and few will find it, but that the road to hell is wide, and many will find it.

The road is not difficult to follow because the Word is difficult to understand. To the contrary, He tells us that 'the god of this world' [Satan] has blinded the minds of unbelievers:

"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." 2 Corinthians 4:4

Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and turn (back) to God in full obedience.

Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

"THE DEMONS ARE OUT"

Video uploaded May 16, 2021, from mrmbb333 on youtube.

“'Simon, Simon (Peter), listen! Satan has demanded permission to sift [all of] you like grain;" Luke 22:31

Separating the wheat from the chaff!

Put on your seatbelts, and hold onto your hats, this is a doozy! Thank you, Father God.

First, praise God, the Most High, the Great, I Am! Heavenly Father, let Your Will be done, and not our own, and let those with minds to understand hear with their ears. In Jesus' name. Amen!

The evening of March 19, 2021 (yep, March) in my sleep, God told me, "The demons are out." I was not fearful; I really had no emotion or feelings about it, except, Oh boy, what am I going to do with that information?  So, on March 20, I opened a blog post, put only the title, The Demons Are Out, and then saved it, but did not post it, just so I could save the date and God's Word.

Now, I may have done some research at the time, and I am sure I prayed on it, but, honestly, I was not even sure I wanted to pursue it, because if I did, God would most certainly make me write about it. Forgive me, Lord, for not posting it sooner.

There have been a couple of times over the last two years, since God has been speaking to me, that I have felt like I may be losing my mind, but God always reassures me through His presence in my life, and signs and wonders around the world, that I am most definitely not crazy, and that He is using me. Hallelujah! Praise God! Thank you, Jesus!

Now, over the months since I created the saved document, The Demons Are Out, but never posted it, I have opened it occasionally, only to see a completely blank document, except for the title. Then, I would quickly close it, and move on.

On December 9, 2021, however, I opened the saved document yet again, and something [God] told me to do an internet search for "what happened on this day," March 19, 2021.

Also, see videos above concerning the volcano eruption, as well as the freak storm in Southern California.

I mean, you cannot make this stuff up. If that does not sound like, The Demons Are Out, then I do not know what would. So, I wrote this blog on December 9, 2021, but still did not post it ... until today. If only I had faith the size of a mustard seed.

The skeptic in me said to myself, but that could mean anything, or nothing at all.

Then, on December 19, 2021, I was reading through some of my previous posts for some reason, and I came across these blogs from February 2021:

Breastplate of Righteousness, dated February 4, 2021, followed by, Breastplate of Judgment, dated February 6, 2021:

In the Breastplate of Righteousness post, God also showed me a single, big, bold lightning bolt. In addition to God controlling the weather, including the lightning, as I wrote previously in Breastplate of Righteousness, Satan, the greatest demon of all, was cast out of heaven and fell like lightning! "And he [Jesus] said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Luke 10:17

Both of those words in February are about God's judgment, and, then, The Demons Are Out on March 19, 2021.

Now, how does God judge people in the Bible? In Exodus 12:23 "For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you."

This is where we get the Jewish celebration of Passover, because the destroyer 'passed over' the Israelites homes. At that time, they used the blood of animals to mark the lintel of their doors, to keep the destroyer away.

Now, we have the New Covenant of the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, once and for all. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! Amen.

Who or what is the Destroyer?

THE DESTROYER

A superhuman being, used as an instrument of God’s wrath in the execution of His judgment. It is difficult to say whether this is a good angel used by God as an agent of destruction, or Satan or one of his minions. If a good angel, God could use it to bring both blessing and destruction.

The term is used only twice (Exod 12:23 [cf. Heb 11:28]; 1 Cor 10:10). In the Exodus passage, it is used in connection with the tenth plague of Egypt, the destruction of the Egyptian first-born. In the 1 Corinthians passage Paul warned against grumbling, as some Israelites did in the wilderness and were destroyed by the Destroyer. It is thought by some that the Destroyer referred to by Paul was the fiery serpents God sent to bring death to the complaining Israelites.

In the time of David the Lord sent an angel to smite the people by means of a plague because David had made a census of the people (2 Sam 24:16). In Hezekiah’s time in a single night an angel destroyed 185,000 men in the Assyrian camp (2 Kings 19:35). The prophet Ezekiel saw in a vision a number of angels executing judgment upon Jerusalem and Judah (Ezek 9:5-7). The psalmist petitioned that the angel of the Lord would drive his enemies like dust before the wind (Ps 35:5, 6). The composer of Psalm 78:49 believed that angels could smite one’s enemies upon God’s command. In the OT Apoc., Jeremiah warned that the angel of God who was with the Israelites would punish them if they apostatized (Ep Jer 6:5-7), and in 2 Maccabees 3:24-26, Heliodorus was whipped by angels when he attempted to plunder the Temple at Jerusalem.

END QUOTE

This is not a surprise to me. God's Word to me has followed a pattern: Repent, turn away from sin, judgment, and the harvest.

One of the first things God put on my heart back in 2020 is that this is a Spiritual War. A Spiritual War is not in the physical realm, but in the Spiritual realm. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12

He put on my heart that He is drawing a line with his finger in stone, a line between good and evil, God and Satan, so that EVERYONE should be able to see on which side they are.

And, because He is gracious and forgiving, and never allows us to be tempted more than we can withstand, and because He wants us ALL to return to Him, He is simultaneously pouring out His Spirit on the World.

“For to everyone who has [and values his blessings and gifts from God, and has used them wisely], more will be given, and [he will be richly supplied so that] he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have [because he has ignored or disregarded his blessings and gifts from God], even what he does have will be taken away." Matthew 25:29

He put on my heart that He is separating the wheat (the good) from the chaff (the evil).

Luke 22:31 “'Simon, Simon (Peter), listen! Satan has demanded permission to sift [all of] you like grain;'"

'Sift all of you like grain': Separating the wheat from the chaff.

The time is at hand for burning up the chaff. The Demons Are Out!

"Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire." Matthew 3:12

Do you have the blood of Jesus Christ protecting your home? protecting the lintel of your door?

But the righteous shall be held blameless.

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, or if you are not sure, say 'A Prayer For Salvation' below, out loud, and ask Jesus to forgive your for your sins. Accept Him and He will accept you! Amen.

A Prayer For Salvation

Heavenly Father, the living God, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, Yeshua, Marvelous, Counsellor, Prince of Princes, King of Kings. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived. I ask for your forgiveness.

I believe with all my heart and soul that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sins, and rose again.

I am now willing to turn from my sin, to repent.

You said in the Bible, Your Holy Word, that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.

Right now, I confess Jesus is my Lord and Savior, without which I am but sinful flesh. With all of my heart, I believe that our Heavenly Father, the living God, raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved.

Hallelujah! Praise God! Amen!

THE VEIL

"THE VEIL" AUDIO BLOG

Picture
Heavenly Father, thank you for our many blessings. All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to God, Most High. Bless those reading this. Amen.

God’s plan is that we remember who we are, what our purpose is here, and that we return to Him, in Jesus Christ.

Who knows that we all have a purpose? It is the very reason for our existence on earth:

“In Him also we have received an inheritance [a destiny—we were claimed by God as His own], having been predestined (chosen, appointed beforehand) according to the purpose of Him who works everything in agreement with the counsel and design of His will,” Ephesians 1:11

According to the purpose of Him, with the counsel and design of His Will! Not our own will.

THE VEIL

“And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

What is the ‘veil’ about which Apostle Paul writes above when he says, ‘with unveiled face’? Plainly speaking, it is a veil over us that keeps us in darkness, and in the dark about who we really are: Light and love, from God, the creator.

In Biblical times, the Israelites, who lived under the Mosaic Law, Moses’ Law (the Law), had a veil of blindness and ignorance upon their hearts. The Law was oppressive and difficult to follow, as Jesus tells us in the New Testament. Hebrews 7:18-19 tells us that the law was weak and useless, and never made anything perfect.

“For, on the one hand, a former commandment is cancelled because of its weakness and uselessness [because of its inability to justify the sinner before God] (for the Law never made anything perfect). . .” Hebrews 7:18-19

Those seem like harsh words. I no longer see them as ‘harsh,’ however, but more frank. The Law condemned people to sin and death.

In Matthew 23:23-24 below, Jesus is being frank with the Pharisees and scribes, when He says, woe to them, for not fulfilling the primary spirit of the Law, which is ‘justice and mercy and faithfulness.’

He is telling them, I want you to be saved, but how can you escape judgment? By your actions, you will be condemned.

Matthew 23:23-24 “Woe to you, [self-righteous] scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you give a tenth (tithe) of your mint and dill and cumin [focusing on minor matters], and have neglected the weightier [more important moral and spiritual] provisions of the Law: justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the [primary] things you ought to have done without neglecting the others. You [spiritually] blind guides, who strain out a gnat [consuming yourselves with miniscule matters] and swallow a camel [ignoring and violating God’s precepts]!”

Jesus is judging righteous judgment John 7:24, and not judging by their fancy clothes and kept appearances. He is exposing their unfruitful works of darkness Ephesians 5:11, and warning others to beware of their actions and deeds.

Why would God, the creator, allow Mosaic Law into His creation, when it was clearly imperfect? Well, Adam and Eve had a choice, and they chose to disobey God and introduce sin and death into the world.

By the Law, we learned what sin is, so that we could learn not to sin through and in Jesus Christ, and once again, be made perfect, like God, light and love, from glory to more glory.

“What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, if it had not been for the Law, I would not have recognized sin. For I would not have known [for example] about coveting [what belongs to another, and would have had no sense of guilt] if the Law had not [repeatedly] said, 'You shall not covet.'” Romans 7:7

So, the veil of blindness that comes from the Law is taken away through repentance in Christ.

2 Corinthians 3

14 “But [in fact] their minds were hardened [for they had lost the ability to understand]; for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains unlifted, because it is removed [only] in Christ.

15 But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil [of blindness] lies over their heart;

16 but whenever a person turns [in repentance and faith] to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty [emancipation from bondage, true freedom].”

“ . . . while on the other hand a better hope is introduced [Jesus Christ] through which we now continually draw near to God. Hebrews 7:19

From one degree of glory to even more glory …

Believers who study the Gospel are happy, for their hearts are free in Christ to follow the way of God’s Commandments. Believers have love and light, and with open face, as if looking in a mirror (reflection), they behold the glory of the Lord.

“So then, in everything treat others the same way you want them to treat you, for this is [the essence of] the Law and the [writings of the] Prophets.” Matthew 7:12

‘The essence of the law and the writings of the Prophets.’ So, essentially, everything we know about anything, according to God’s Word. These are not JUST words. God’s Word is alive, and is meant to push us from glory to glory, towards Him.

Apostle Luke goes into further detail about how to reflect God’s glory, love and light, by treating others the way you want to be treated:

Luke 6

27 “But I say to you who hear [Me and pay attention to My words]: Love [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies, [make it a practice to] do good to those who hate you,

28 bless and show kindness to those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

29 Whoever strikes you on the cheek, offer him the other one also [simply ignore insignificant insults or losses and do not bother to retaliate—maintain your dignity]. Whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either.

30 Give to everyone who asks of you. Whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back.

31 Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.

32 If you [only] love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

33 If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

34 If you lend [money] to those from whom you expect to receive [it back], what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners expecting to receive back the same amount.

35 But love [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; for your reward will be great (rich, abundant), and you will be sons of the Most High; because He Himself is kind and gracious and good to the ungrateful and the wicked.

36 Be merciful (responsive, compassionate, tender) just as your [heavenly] Father is merciful.”

God’s Words are alive and literal, and truly every action we commit against another individual, we are committing against ourselves, which prohibits us from reaching our God-Willed potential.

By loving and treating everyone as if they were us, then we have fulfilled the letter and the intent of the Law, and the prophets, written about (for our sole benefit), to push us to awaken to our true destiny, from one glory to more glory, and return to God, the source of all things.

All of this proves that our God is a just, forgiving and merciful God, who does not want any to perish, but all to return to Him, in and through Jesus Christ.

He is a God that takes what men meant for evil and turns it to good. Genesis 50:20. Praise God! Amen.

The end of one covenant, the Law, and the beginning of a New Covenant, the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ for all men.

JESUS’ CRUCIFIXION

Luke 23

44 “It was now about the sixth hour (noon), and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour (3:00 p.m.),

45 because the sun was obscured; and the veil [of the Holy of Holies] of the temple was torn in two [from top to bottom].

46 And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit!” Having said this, He breathed His last.”

Just like that, in the blink of an eye, the veil [of the Holy of Holies] of the temple was torn in two [from top to bottom], and the Law became fulfilled in two simple commands: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:36-40

So, God, the creator, the source of all things 1 Corinthians 8:6, created us perfect, like Him, in light and love.

Through sin and death, we were torn and wounded; and,

healed by the grace [favor] of God, the Father.

Created Perfect
Torn and Wounded
Healed, Bandaged, Revived and Raised Up

Hosea 6

1 “Come and let us return [in repentance] to the Lord,

For He has torn us, but He will heal us;

He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.

2 After two days He will revive us;

On the third day He will raise us up

That we may live before Him.”

We were saved by the Grace of God, and we will be raised up through the Word made flesh, the resurrection, which is Jesus Christ.

Let’s pray for all of God’s children to remember who they really are, a part of God, the creator, in and through Jesus Christ. Amen.

JESUS IS SAD AND GRIEVED

Revelation 19

11 "
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS."

Heavenly Father, thank you thank you thank you, for so many blessings you bestow upon us. Let your words flow through me, and not my own, and let Your children with ears to hear, hear. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I dreamed about Jesus last night. He was on a white horse, and had a sword in his hand. He was deeply saddened and grieved, because many people, too many, still have not remembered who they are in Him, and they do not understand that He is not coming to bring peace. He is coming to punish the sinners.

"And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal." Matthew 25:46

Unfortunately, now more than ever, there is a lot of false "Christian" preaching and teaching, basically outright lying to people, so they continue to attend a church. It will be worse for the people who cause God's little ones to stumble.

"It would be better for him if a millstone [as large as one turned by a donkey] were hung around his neck and he were hurled into the sea, than for him to cause one of these little ones [believers] to stumble [in sin and lose faith]." Luke 17:2

PRAY for false church leaders, and their flocks.

SEPARATING THE WHEAT FROM THE CHAFF

JESUS IS NOT COMING TO BRING PEACE

Matthew 10

34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace on the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword [of division between belief and unbelief].

35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;

36 and a man’s enemies will be the members of his [own] household [when one believes and another does not]."

We can see from this scripture that Jesus warned of these times. Families are more divided now than ever before, quite literally divided between good and evil, God and Satan. God has truly separated the wheat from the chaff. See my blog from December 2020 titled, "The Narrow Gate" here.

PRAY for friends, families, false prophets, lost church leaders, federal, state, local and world leaders to wake up and remember who they are in Jesus Christ.

So, in my dream last night, Jesus was sad and grieved, because He wants all men to come to repentance, return to Him and escape death. "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9

Indeed, "The Harvest Has Begun" (see my blog about here), as God put on my heart in February 2021. God's children, believers, who have turned their lives over to Jesus Christ, in full obedience, are reaping bountiful harvests, some an hundredfold, some sixty and some thirty, in terms of abundance, prosperity, gifts, talents, miracles, signs and wonders. Hallelujah! Amen.

I heard a prophet say the other day that God said that 2022 will be a 'year of reckoning.' In other words, God has judged this generation, and is now repaying each individual according to his/her fruit, which are our thoughts, words, deeds and actions. He who sows iniquity or trouble will reap a harvest of woe or trouble. In other words, The Harvest Has Begun, and we will reap what we have sown. Galatians 6:7 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap."

Do you feel God's love and presence? If not, start habits in your life that sow seeds of righteousness, and bring even your very thoughts into captivity unto the obedience of Christ.

"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" 2 Corinthians 10:5

God Bless You All! God Bless America!

WHERE IS GOD?

"WHERE IS GOD?" AUDIO BLOG

I heard evangelist, Mario Murillo, say recently,
"I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ,
for it is the Power of God!"

Picture
19 "Do not get upset because of evildoers, Or be envious of the wicked,

20 For there will be no future for the evil man; the lamp of the wicked will be put out." Proverbs 24

First, all glory, honor, praise and thanksgiving to the living God, the great I AM. Father, let Your words flow through me and not my own, and let those with ears to hear, hear. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Where is God?

God says, You're looking over there, but I'm over here!

Last night, I prayed for God to give me insight and guidance into what is going on with Fake 46, the Jackal in the White House (God's Words through His prophets, not my own words, but they seem suited to this blog). Yes, I know. That seems like an odd thing to pray for, but is it really? God said, Ask and you shall receive, and, as usual, He did not disappoint me.

Again, in my half-sleep this morning, 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.-ish, I heard the words, clear as day, You're looking over there, but I'm over here.

When God talks to us, sometimes it can seem cryptic. We may not even realize it was a message from Him. Sometimes, it may even make us feel like we are losing it, but we should know that if we asked for a Word from Him, then more than likely, the message is from Him. We really have to stop and think, What is He saying? What has He told, or shown, me this week, or in the past, that relates to that which I prayed for? In which direction is He pointing me? We have to step outside of our feelings and our egos, and what we wish He was saying or doing, and look at what He is actually telling us.

So, what was He telling me about the Jackal in the White House? Well, absolutely nothing! His prophets have already spoken at great length about what is going on, and what will happen, in Washington, DC. God has already declared through His prophets that the Jackal will go down, along with most of Congress and the Senate, and most of the corrupt politicians around the world. Let Your Will be done, and not our own! Amen.

Proverbs 24

17 "Do not rejoice and gloat when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad [in self-righteousness] when he stumbles,

18 Or the Lord will see your gloating and be displeased, And turn His anger away from your enemy.”

But, what about His Word to me this morning: You're looking over there, but I'm over here? What was He telling me? Well, first, to stop thinking about that situation, the Jackal, and start focusing ... on God, on His power and love and Spirit, which He has been pouring out over the United States and across the world for at least the last year. See my blog titled, "2021 - Not Just Another Year," about God's Spiritual War and Spiritual Revival.

In other words, if we have eyes to see and ears to hear, we will stop focusing on the bad over there, and start focusing on the miracles over here, happening right in front of us.

Of course, as usual, God is right! Even though I do not watch the fake news, and I have not been on social media for the last many months, I notice I sometimes become distracted in my thoughts, almost as if I put life (God) on hold because I am waiting for something to happen. So, when I prayed last night to know what was happening regarding the matter that was clearly causing my distracted thoughts (the Jackal), God pretty much told me, Stop having distracted thoughts. You're looking over there, but I'm over here. That issue over there is already being dealt with, but, Look! Look over here at the miracles and wonders happening around you! Praise God!

Mario Murillo's Testimony to God's Power is just one of the miracles happening around the world. Mario's tent revivals in some of Southern California's most dangerous neighborhoods are saving thousands of lost souls. Hardened criminal drug dealers bringing their drugs into Mario's tents, setting them on the altar, and saying, Here, I can't do this anymore, and turning their lives over to Jesus Christ! Miraculous healings taking place, proven by medical records! Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! Amen.

THIS is what is over here, the presence and hand of God! Are you looking over there, when God is over here?

Choose God, and accept His Son, Jesus Christ, and keep an eye out for the miracles over here, and not the distractions over there.

All praise, honor, glory and thanksgiving to God, Most High.

Amen.

MAN'S SIXTH SENSE

"MAN'S SIXTH SENSE" AUDIO BLOG

Picture

Heavenly Father, let your words flow through me, and not my own. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Does man have a sixth sense?  Are our thoughts, in other words, our mind and feelings, like a sixth sense? At the very least, our thoughts and feelings control our responses to the five senses: Sight, Hearing, Speech, Touch, Taste.

First, let's look at the five senses, and God.

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10

We are created in Jesus Christ, to perform good works, which God, before time began, ordained, or established or ordered by appointment, decree, or law.

These are not JUST words. We know God's Word is powerful: "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

God's Word is a 'discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.'

THE FIVE SENSES: Sight, Hearing, Speech, Touch, Taste

SIGHT AND HEARING

"But blessed [spiritually aware, and favored by God] are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear." Matthew 13:16

Our eyes and ears are blessed by God because we see His blessings in our lives every day, and hear and understand His Word: The Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, who died, was resurrected, and now sits at God, the Father's, right hand.

SIGHT

Matthew 6

22 “The eye is the lamp of the body; so if your eye is clear [spiritually perceptive], your whole body will be full of light [benefiting from God’s precepts].

23 But if your eye is bad [spiritually blind], your whole body will be full of darkness . . ."

If our spiritual eye is focused on God, then our bodies will be full of light, and will shine with God's Word for all to see.

If our spiritual eye is focused on darkness, our bodies will be full of darkness!

HEARING

"So be careful how you listen; for whoever has [a teachable heart], to him more [understanding] will be given; and whoever does not have [a longing for truth], even what he thinks he has will be taken away from him.” Luke 8:18

Listen to God's Word, hear it with your ears, understand it with your hearts and minds. Do not be like Cain, who knew God's Word, but was a poser, a pretender. He pretended to be righteous, thinking he could climb into the kingdom of Heaven through a window to receive God's blessings, instead of coming through the door, as instructed.

See my blog titled, Cain and Abel.

SPEECH (words)

So, we know God's Word is alive, and we also know that our very own words are alive:

"Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweet and delightful to the soul and healing to the body." Proverbs 16:24

If pleasant words cause healing, then harsh words are certainly the opposite, and  cause sickness and death.

Also, Matthew 12:37, "For by your words [reflecting your spiritual condition] you will be justified and acquitted of the guilt of sin; and by your words [rejecting Me] you will be condemned and sentenced."

By your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.

Jesus tells us that if we have the faith of a mustard seed, we can tell [speak to] a mountain to move, and it will move:

"And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say [speak] unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Matthew 17:20

These are powerful words. Our words are alive, and is it no wonder? "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?"

We are gods who can create by speaking, thinking about, and acting upon God's Word, which, in turn, will cause our own words, thoughts and actions to create for the greater good of all mankind.

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue [speech]: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." Proverbs 18:21

Similar to what Jesus said: live by the sword, die by the sword, except, more appropriately, sting men with your tongue, and you will be stung in the same way, with men's tongues, or words. Or, Do unto others as you would have done unto you.

TOUCH

2 Corinthians 2:17

“'So come out from among unbelievers and be separate,” says the Lord,

'And do not touch what is unclean;

'And I will graciously receive you and welcome you [with favor],'"

Come out. Repent, turn away from sin. Do not touch what is unclean. Turn to Jesus Christ. Stay away from unrighteousness: Fornication, lying, adultery, murder, stealing, lust of the flesh, all forms of wickedness and abominations to God.

"And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins." Numbers 16:27

Touch nothing of the wicked, unless you be consumed in their sins.

TASTE

"O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good;

How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him." Psalm 34:8

Taste the power of God's Word, and take refuge in Him, and be blessed.

MAN'S SIXTH SENSE - THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS?

Our thoughts, words and actions are the most powerful tools God gave us, in Jesus Christ, because with them, we create the world around us! See some interesting videos about God and Physics here.

I know people will say, but thoughts and feelings are not really a 'sense,' are they, not like seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and speaking?

Are not the original five senses all operations of our minds? We touch something, and our minds, feelings, thoughts, tell us what it is and how to react to it. Same with the other senses. So, in essence, our thoughts and feelings are the greatest operation of our minds. You could say, our feelings or thoughts are a 'sense' [sixth sense] of who we are, inside our hearts.

Thus, thought is the greatest operation of our minds of all the five senses. We think all day long, day and night, even in our dreams. The kinds of thoughts we have are based on what we have stored in our hearts, and determine how we react to the other five senses: taste, touch, sight, hearing, and speech.

"Do you not know that when you continually offer yourselves to someone to do his will, you are the slaves of the one whom you obey, either [slaves] of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness (right standing with God)?" Romans 6:16

If we continually offer ourselves in thoughts, words, and actions, to sin, death is waiting.

Therefore, if we offer ourselves to God, and righteousness, everlasting life is waiting.

"[We are] casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:5

"bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." Do not even think sinful things. Jesus said, that just by looking at another woman, a man has already lusted for her in his heart. God knows our hearts.

If you are feeling persecuted, deeply saddened, or guilty, and you have no idea why, or perhaps you have some idea, pray out loud to God for forgiveness, repent of [turn away from] any and all sin, and God will provide mercy and relief.

"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." Philippians 4:8

Think only on honest, just, pure, lovely things, and things of good report, and only on things that have virtue and praise. Anything else is from Satan, the ruler of this world, and will lead to death. Jesus said, Do not love this world. If you love this world, then the love of the Father is not in you.
Love people. Hate evil, which is sin and death.

“And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7

Keep your hearts and minds [thoughts and feelings] on God, and receive the peace the passes all understanding through the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

Choose God by choosing His only begotten son, Jesus Christ.

Amen.

"CAIN AND ABEL" AUDIO BLOG

"The [intrinsically] good man produces what is good and honorable and moral out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart; and the [intrinsically] evil man produces what is wicked and depraved out of the evil [in his heart]; for his mouth speaks from the overflow of his heart." Luke 6:45

All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to God, Most High, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.

Heavenly Father, let your words continue to flow through me, and not my own. In Jesus' sweet name. Amen!

This is something God has been putting on my heart since at least the beginning of December, but just this morning, lying in bed, half asleep, He pulled it together for me.

God is Great - All The Time!

CAIN AND ABEL

We can see God's system of obedience at work in the story of Cain and Abel.

"Woe to them! For they have gone the [defiant] way of Cain. . ." Jude 1:11

What was the "[defiant] way of Cain"? Throughout scripture, both the Old and the New Testament, we are told repeatedly that we should love our neighbor. Jesus specifically tells us to love God and love our neighbor, above all else:

Matthew 22

37 "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

We are also told to "Honor the Lord with your substance, and with the firstfruits of all your increase:" Proverbs 3:9

Having read the book of Genesis at least a few times in the last few years, I still never understood why God did not respect Cain's offering, even though the words were right there the whole time.

Genesis 4

2 ". . . And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord.

4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lies at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him."

Let's look at Genesis 4:3, "And in the course of time Cain brought to the Lord an offering of the fruit of the ground."

Cain offered the fruit of the ground. We can see Cain was not honoring God with the "firstfruits" of his increase, but he offered only the fruit of the ground, which could have been anything, most certainly not his firstfruits, or it would have been so written.

The firstfruits are to be from excess, surplus, not from the leftovers. Cain was honoring God only for what he thought he could get from it, not from his heart, in full obedience to God, loving Him with his heart, mind and soul. God knows our hearts.

On the other hand, we see that Abel offered his firstborn (firstfruits), his excess, not his leftovers, AND He gave an offering of fat, which would later, in Leviticus, be reserved as an "offering to God, especially for sin":

"But Abel brought [an offering of] the [finest] firstborn of his flock and the [b]fat portions. And the Lord had respect (regard) for Abel and for his offering;" Genesis 4:4

Footnotes: biblegateway:com
[b] Genesis 4:4 That is, the fat that covered the entrails of the animals. Later, in the Mosaic Law, the Israelites were forbidden to eat this fat (Lev 7:23), which was reserved as an offering to God, especially for sin (Lev 4:8, 26, 35; 9:10; 16:25).

Let's look further at the transgressions of Cain: Cain was the tiller of the ground. Abel was a shepherd, a keeper of the animals. When it came time for them to make offerings to God, Cain gave of his crops, and Abel gave of the firstfruits of his flock. God respected Abel's offering. He did not respect Cain's offering. Why?

God wants us to understand that Cain's heart was not right with God. Cain tried to convince Abel to give him an animal, or trade or barter crops for an animal, and Abel would not agree. Why would Abel not make the trade with Cain? Because Abel knew that Cain's heart was not right with God. He knew that Cain was just going through the motions, so to speak, in order to receive God's grace or favor. Abel knew that Cain did not want the animal to sacrifice for forgiveness of his sins, but only for what rewards he thought he may receive from God for the sacrifice.

Abel was righteous. He had God's Word stored in his heart, and followed His Word, so that he would not sin against God. Psalm 119:11 above.

Cain was not righteous, although he too had God's Word stored in his heart, or at least knew right from wrong, as shown in Genesis 4:7, when God says, "If you do well, shall you not be accepted? and if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. . ." So, he knew to do well, and what the consequences were. He was, however, of that "wicked one": "Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous." 1 John 3:12

Adam and Eve chose sin over the light and love God offered, the [intrinsically evil man over the intrinsically good man]. They chose our path for us initially, but we are suppose to be the Light of the World, to rise above the lusts of the flesh, and the evil of this world. God is good, and everything He created is perfect, and designed to move man toward Him, back to His glory.

So, Cain was of that 'wicked one,' and was trying to deceive God, and climb into heaven some other way than through the door: “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up from some other place [on the stone wall], that one is a thief and a robber." John 10:1

Basically, Cain was trying to reap the benefits of righteousness without actually sowing the proper seeds: walking with, knowing, following and being obedient to God.

We know that Cain knew the right thing to do, and chose not to do it: "If you do well, will you not be accepted? and if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. . ."

God was reminding Cain that he knew right from wrong, that he should do what he knew to be right, and thereby overcome man's tendencies towards stubbornness and evil thoughts, and, rather, be obedient to God, to accomplish God's Will, like Abel. Otherwise, sin was at the door, and he would rule over it. ". . . And unto you shall be his [sin's] desire, and you shall rule over him [sin]." Genesis 4:7

Now, in Genesis 4:8, we see that Cain talked with Abel and then slew him. "And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him."

Clearly, it seems as if that sentence is missing the crux. What prompted Cain to kill Abel? The scripture says, Cain talked with Abel his brother, and, later in the field, Cain slew him. What was their conversation? Well, Abel knew that Cain's heart was not right with God, so the "talk" they had went something like this:

Cain said, Hey, Abel, I need a flawless, unblemished, sheep for a sacrifice to the Father.

Abel (Knowing Cain's heart) replied, Okay, sure, brother. Let us go to the field and pick a sheep.

(Later in the field)

Abel (Knowing Cain's heart), Picked out the worst possible sheep he could find, and gave it to Cain, saying, Here is the perfect sheep for you!

Cain cried out, This sheep is sick and weak and blemished!

Abel (Knowing Cain's heart) replied, Yes! That is the perfect sheep for you!

Cain became enraged and killed Abel, and became the first man to shed innocent human blood.

Now, we know from scripture that Abel was "righteous," but was he completely innocent? The bible also says that King David was righteous, but he murdered Uriah so he could have his wife.

Why did King David murder Uriah? We can see in 2 Samuel 11:4-9 here that after Bathsheba told King David that she was pregnant, King David tried to get Uriah to go home, presumably so he would be with his wife, and then would believe that the child was his own. Uriah had been away from home, at war for King David, for some time, so the child his wife was carrying could not have been his own. This is a great example of how sin leads to other sin. Perhaps, King David did not want his child to be a known bastard. Clearly, what he did, he did for the child.

This shows us that God is a very forgiving God, that He knows our hearts, and He will have compassion and mercy on whom He chooses.

“I, the Lord, search and examine the mind, I test the heart . . . " Jeremiah 17:10

Back to Cain and Abel: Had Abel followed God's Word in his heart fully, he would have trusted God, and given Cain 100 flawless, unblemished, sheep when he asked for 1, and he would have still been alive to tell the story to his grandchildren. God judges on the heart. If the person receiving our gift is unworthy, God will repay each person accordingly. Luke 6:38

He knows our hearts, and he knew that Abel had honorable motives, when he denied Cain the flawless, unblemished, animal. He was doing it to prevent Cain from deceiving God. Abel failed to realize, however, that God already knew this. God knows our hearts. He judges. He repays. Vengeance is mine says the Lord. Romans 12:19

THE BLOOD SACRIFICE

If God were not so forgiving of our sins, none of us would have salvation, because we are all born flesh and blood sinners, and must be ‘born again’ in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus.

Hebrews 12:24 below tells us that the blood sacrifice of Jesus was merciful, better and nobler, a more gracious message, which cried out for God to forgive men because "they know not what they do," Luke 23:34, as opposed to Abel, whose blood [sacrifice] cried out to God for vengeance.

"and to Jesus, the Mediator of a new covenant [uniting God and man], and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance]." Hebrews 12:24

Cain killed Abel, because God required a blood sacrifice. Cain's heart was not right with God, so Abel would not give him a 'flawless, unblemished' animal to sacrifice. Cain, in a fit of rage, killed him as THE blood sacrifice to God. This is why God says, ". . . What have you done? The voice of your brother’s [innocent] blood is crying out to Me from the ground [for justice]." Genesis 4:10

And, also, why Jesus’ ultimate blood sacrifice is compared to Cain’s sacrifice of Abel’s blood in Hebrews 12:24 above.

God is Great - All the Time!

I pray that we all turn back to God, in full surrender, so that our hearts are right with Him. "Change your hearts, and show by the way you live that you have changed." Matthew 3:8

All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father, the source of all things, and the cohesive force holding all things together, and to whom we return, in Jesus Christ!

Hallelujah! Praise God! Thank you, Jesus!

Amen.

  23. Apparently, Tom Cruise wore a pink pin stripe dress shirt and no sunglasses in his famous dance.
  24. Chuck E. Cheese

I know it is deep, and I am not yet finished, so hang on. Watch the following two videos of 13-year-old Max Loughan, a theoretical physicist, and the smartest boy in the world. That is not a typo. He is 13 years old.

In the first video, the interviewer asks him, What happens to us when we die? Max says, well, your body rots in the ground and that's it. Nothing.

Then, the interviewer presses him, and he says that our bodies are made up of energy, and energy can never be destroyed, only transformed, from one form to another form.

In the second video, about the Mandela Effect, he says the bible describes physics in terms a five-year-old could understand.
Max Loughan, 13-year-old theoretical physicist,
the smartest boy in the world, answers the question:

WHAT IS GOD?
He says, "He [God] is an energy form that created all, is all, and is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. God, or energy, lives in us, through us, and is us."

God is energy. We are energy.

On the Bible: He says, the writers of the Bible had to "simplify intense quantum physics into something a five-year-old could understand. Thus, the Bible, right?"

He says, finally, that energy can never be created or destroyed, but only transformed, from one form to another form.

"And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit." 2 Corinthians 3:18

We are being transformed from one degree of glory to even more glory.

God is Real! God's Word is alive!
Watch him explain the Mandela Effect, the CERN Large Hadron Collider, and God:
My first thought when I heard about CERN some time ago was that nothing good can come from splitting atoms. I will not get into details about what I learned about CERN, because it is time for us to start taking responsibility for our words, since we now know, and the bible tells us so, that words are powerful and have consequences.

I will say that I heard a prophet say not long ago that God said, He is going to destroy CERN, and that it will take them a long time to rebuild it, decades I think he said. I wonder why? Here's Your Sign!

So, Raise A Hallelujah! And give all glory, honor, praise and thanksgiving to the One True God, the source of all things, from whom we came, and to whom we will return in Jesus Christ!

Amen!

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ABOVE. ENJOY!
  1. Berenstein Bears. They were a family of Jewish bears.
  2. Both Jiffy and Jif.  I remember thinking they changed their name.
  3. Yes, I remember this 90s movie: Shazaam, about a genie in a bottle.
  4. Yes, I remember Nelson Mandela dying in prison in the 80s.
  5. This cereal is now called ‘Froot Loops’ in the grocery store. What the literal heck? An article says it used to be called 'Fruit Loops' until they were sued in the 60s because there is no actual fruit in the cereal. That article actually triggered my memory about that lawsuit from the 60s. Aside from that forgotten memory, this cereal has always been called 'Fruit Loops' to me.
  6. Not sure.
  7. Chic-Fil-A. I remember commenting that ‘chic’ is a French word for fancy.
  8. Yes, the Monopoly man has a monocle.
  9. No, I never heard of the ‘bag of money’ as a game piece in Monopoly. Yet, it is advertised right on the front of my game box I have had for 20 years, "Special Edition game piece." Never heard of a ‘bag of money’ until I looked at my box today.
  10. Looney Toons
  11. Not sure.
  12. Mirror, mirror on the wall
  13. Sex in the City. I remember calling it "Sex and the City" to someone, and they corrected it, Sex in the City, and sure enough, it was Sex in the City, but I could have sworn it was Sex and the City. I realize that it IS Sex and the City now, so you can see how confusing that was.
  14. White-Out. Never heard of "Wite-Out"!!
  15. Yes, Mickey Mouse has suspenders.
  16. Smokey the Bear. I remember hearing this was 'Smokey Bear,' and saying, I grew up with it, it is Smokey THE Bear.
  17. CliffNotes
  18. Daylight Savings Time. Both! I remember being corrected for saying it was an "s" on the end of 'savings.'
  19. Pixie Stix. Oh my goodness. I have never heard of P-i-x-y Stix!
  20. Febreeze
  21. Rubix Cube
  22. Double Stuff
  23. White dress shirt and sunglasses.
  24. Chuck E. Cheese. Same thing, I am pretty sure I remember being corrected by someone for saying it differently.

THE SOURCE

"THE SOURCE" AUDIO BLOG

Mary, did you know that when you kissed your baby boy you kissed the face of God? Hallelujah!

At the end of 2020, God put on my heart that 2021 would not be just another year, but would be the year that America and the world would begin to wake up and realize that there is only One God, who can save us, even with Eternal Life. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Now, at the end of 2021, He has put on my heart that He is the source of all things: “Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, who is the source of all things. . ." 1 Corinthians 8:6

And, that all things, as we know them, as well as what we do not know, visible and invisible, are in existence because of Him: "For by Him all things were created in heaven and on earth, [things] visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [that is, by His activity] and for Him." Colossians 1:16

We are coming into an amazing time, where we will begin to see more of God's miracles, signs and wonders. I would not be surprised to see miraculous births, healings, possibly even resurrections. I heard a prophet say that God said He is going to put His DNA in some people! He is letting us know He is here. Right now, His Spirit is pouring out into His children all over the world, in masses, and they are receiving powerful gifts and talents from the Holy Spirit.

Keep focused on God: “The eye is the lamp of the body; so if your eye is clear [spiritually perceptive], your whole body will be full of light [benefiting from God’s precepts] (laws, commands)." Matthew 6:22

If we are not spiritually focused on God, it may look gloomy and dark around us, or even that that is normal. This is why God tells us to wear His full armor Ephesians 6:11-24, because our adversary the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he can destroy. If we wear the full armor of God, then our bodies will be full of light, and we know that Satan dwells in the dark, and runs from the light: "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." John 3:19

Jesus tells us that the two greatest commandments are to love God with all of your heart, mind and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself. Two simple things that could change the world. Remember, God's Word is alive. These are not JUST words.

Love God and others as yourself! I know it can seem easier to love a God we cannot see than to love other people, standing right next to us. Forgive us, Lord. This is the world we have created for ourselves. When we can look at the homeless person on the corner, and feel compassion for him as if it were us standing on the corner, then we will understand Jesus' commandment to love your neighbor as yourself.

The homeless person is too easy though. Most people have a tug at their heart strings when they see homeless people, especially children.

What about the grumpy pants in the convenience store you go to everyday? Or, that neighbor who has a Biden (or Trump, depending on your preference) sign in their front yard? Or, what about our family that we have not spoken to in years? Or, that car behind you riding on your bumper with his bright lights on? Can we muster some love for these people?

When we can look past our initial 'feelings' of hate, or indifference, and make a step towards freedom, liberty, emancipation from the bondage of hate, then we will understand God's Words. "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty [emancipation from bondage, true freedom]." 2 Corinthians 3:17

Hate, indifference, or feelings of superiority, keep us where Satan wants us, not where God wants us. When we realize that we are not superior, but we are actually the very person at which we are looking, that we are ONE from 'the source,' God, then we will truly understand Jesus' words, to love our neighbor as ourself, because they are US!

So, yes, when Mary kissed her baby boy, she kissed the face of God, but she also kissed her own face, and the face of her mother and father, her neighbor next door, the grumpy pants down the street.

We are all ONE, and we all return to 'the source.' "Earnestly remember your Creator before the silver cord [of life] is broken, or the golden bowl is crushed, or the pitcher at the fountain is shattered and the wheel at the cistern is crushed; then the dust [out of which God made man’s body] will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it." Ecclesiastes 12:6-7

We must 'earnestly remember our Creator' before 'the spirit returns to God who gave it," and by remembering our creator, thus remember ourselves, and who we are: ONE!

Find your connection with God, and ultimately with all of mankind, by reading the bible and praying. Read and pray, pray and read. Do random acts of kindness. Everyone knows that the things we do repeatedly become habits. Let's make our habits for the greater good. We cannot control the choices the world makes, or even our own friends and family make. We can only control the choices we make.

I pray that we all make a choice to "Let our light so shine before men, that they may see our good works, and glorify our Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16

Kiss the face of God today, and, remember, you are kissing your own face!

Jesus promises us only good if we follow Him. Again, not JUST words.

Psalm 91

Security of the One Who Trusts in the Lord.

1 "He who [a]dwells in the shelter of the Most High

Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].

2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,

My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!”

3 For He will save you from the trap of the fowler,

And from the deadly pestilence.

4  He will cover you and completely protect you with His pinions,

And under His wings you will find refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and a wall.

5 You will not be afraid of the terror of night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,

6 Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction (sudden death) that lays waste at noon.

7 A thousand may fall at your side

And ten thousand at your right hand,

But danger will not come near you.

8 You will only [be a spectator as you] look on with your eyes

And witness the [divine] repayment of the wicked [as you watch safely from the shelter of the Most High].

9 Because you have made the Lord, [who is] my refuge,

Even the Most High, your dwelling place,

10 No evil will befall you,

Nor will any plague come near your tent.

11 For He will command His angels in regard to you,

To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service].

12 They will lift you up in their hands,

So that you do not [even] strike your foot against a stone.

13 You will tread upon the lion and cobra;

The young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.

14 “Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him;

I will set him [securely] on high, because he knows My name [he confidently trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never abandon him, no, never].

15 “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him;

I will be with him in trouble;

I will rescue him and honor him.

16 “With a long life I will satisfy him

And I will let him see My salvation.”

Footnotes
  1. Psalm 91:1 The wonderful promises of this chapter are dependent upon one’s meeting the conditions stated in these first two verses (see Ex 15:26) (see below).
  • "saying, “If you will diligently listen and pay attention to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in His sight, and listen to His commandments, and keep [foremost in your thoughts and actively obey] all His precepts and statutes, then I will not put on you any of the diseases which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.” Exodus 15:26

Thank you, Father. Amen.

GOD'S PLAN FOR MAN

"GOD'S PLAN FOR MAN" AUDIO BLOG

Picture

"He is not here: for he is risen. . ." Matthew 28:6

Last night 12/21/21, I dreamed all night again, this time of "The Resurrection." It was the same kind of dream as "Christmas Magic," which I wrote about a few days ago.

Update: 12/25/21: I just realized the date 12/21/21 adds up to 333, a number thought to represent Jesus Christ:
(1+2=3, 1+2=3, 2+1=3 (333). You can't make this stuff up.

The dream last night about the resurrection really felt like it had something to do with the "Christmas Magic" story. Again, there were no pictures or visions that are clear to me, or that I remember, but a feeling of amazement, as if perhaps I was witnessing resurrections, and the words "The Resurrection" over and over and over again.

Heavenly Father, hear my prayers. Let Your words flow through me, and not my own, and let Your children hear them. In Jesus' name. Amen.

So, what was God’s plan for man? The book of Titus tells us that it was eternal life:

Titus 1:2 “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;”

So, God promised [man] eternal life before the world began, and we know also that He has only thoughts of peace towards man, to give us an expected end … eternal life:

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11

Amen.

Now, Colossians 1 tells us that everything was created,

BY HIM

THROUGH HIM

FOR HIM, and

IN HIM

Colossians 1

16 “For by Him all things were created in heaven and on earth, [things] visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [that is, by His activity] and for Him.

17 And He Himself existed and is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. [His is the controlling, cohesive force of the universe.]

Think of it like a movie: God is the creator/writer and director, and everyone and everything, earthly and heavenly beings, is there to perform God’s Will, like actors in His movie.

BY HIM

THROUGH HIM

FOR HIM, and

IN HIM

His Will, before the world began, was that man, who was created from the dust of the earth, would have access to eternal life. So, every life force in the universe is pushing man towards God’s Will, from one degree of glory to more glory, from imperfection to perfection [which is eternal life].

“And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

Every life force in heaven and in and on earth is pushing man towards God’s Will, including Satan and his minions.

Think of God's Plan like a movie, God's movie. At first viewing of God’s movie, Satan and his minions appear to be the antagonists in the movie, the evil villains, and by all rights and definition, they are evil. The real antagonist in the movie, however, is sin and through sin, death.

Now, we know from scripture that God is perfect, and everything He created is good:

God is perfect: "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." Matthew 5:48

And, everything He created is good: “For everything God has created is good. . .” 1 Timothy 4:4

Therefore, we should have faith to believe that Satan was created exactly how God planned it: Perfect in all his ways until iniquity was found in him. “Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.” Ezekiel 28:15

Is this not why even the Archangel Michael dared not accuse the devil (Satan), but simply said, "The Lord rebuke you"? Jude 1:9

Jude 1

8 "Nevertheless in the same way, these dreamers [who are dreaming that God will not punish them] also defile the body, and reject [legitimate] authority, and revile and mock angelic majesties.

9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil (Satan), and arguing about the body of Moses, did not dare bring an abusive condemnation against him, but [simply] said, 'The Lord rebuke you!'

10 But these men sneer at anything which they do not understand; and whatever they do know by [mere] instinct, like unreasoning and irrational beasts—by these things they are destroyed."

But these men sneer at anything which they do not understand . . . by these things they are destroyed. Jude 1:10

In other words, we should not sneer at things we do not understand in God's Word, lest by so doing, we destroy ourselves.

How could we be 'born again,' unless we first died?

1 Corinthians 15

35 "But someone will say, 'How are the dead raised? And with what kind of body will they come?'

36 You fool! Every time you plant seed you sow something that does not come to life [germinating, springing up and growing] unless it first dies."

It took me a little minute to understand what he was saying, but if you think about it, when you plant a seed, the outer shell must die for the seed to break through and grow. Right now, we are still in our seed, our shell. Our outer shell must die, our flesh, so that we can come to life in Jesus Christ, the resurrection.

So, we were created perfect, like God, in light and love, planted in the dirt and raised up with God's breathe. Now, through sin and death, we die, spiritually and literally, and are 'born again' in Christ, whom is the Word made flesh.

How many people know that God never promised in His Word a good time for bad people? The way of the ungodly will perish. Psalm 1:6  -  It will not be a good time for the wicked. The Bible is clear on this fact.

God is good, all the time - to His chosen people - but, when He comes again, the ungodly will perish.

His children, however, are protected from harm in Jesus Christ: Jesus said, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior, God has given you an engraved invitation, written in the blood of His only begotten son. Did you RSVP by accepting Him and believing in Him? Have you surrendered your life in full obedience to God?

God promised eternal life before the world began, but “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God . . .” 1 Corinthians 15:50

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, except through eternal life, also called ‘the resurrection,’ who is Jesus Christ.

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.” John 11:25

JESUS CHRIST IS THE RESURRECTION!!

In other words, through God's brilliant plan for man, sin entered the world, which is the antagonist (the bad guy) in His movie, and through sin death entered, through death, eternal life in the resurrection, which is Jesus Christ, whom is the protagonist (the good guy) in the movie.

“Jesus says unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life [the resurrection]: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6

Jesus Christ, who is the resurrection, is God’s promise of eternal life before the world began. We are ‘born again’ now through His Word, His system on earth, but later, at the end, we will be ‘born again,’ in the resurrection, who is Jesus Christ.

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 now or then!

How can we be ‘born again' unless we first die, to be resurrected incorruptible and immortal, and to ascend on the clouds with Jesus? “For this corruptible [man] must put on incorruption, and this mortal [man] must put on immortality.” 1 Corinthians 15:53

God's movie is unique, in that our free will lets us write our ending: In both endings, man dies; there is no escaping that, but in one ending, death leads us through the fire, and in the other ending, death leads to eternal life, the resurrection, who is Jesus Christ.

Which ending do you choose? Bow to Jesus and confess to God now . . .

"
For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God." Romans 14:11

GOD IS GOOD - ALL THE TIME!

All glory and honor and praise and thanksgiving to God, Most High, the creator of the heavens and the earth.

Amen!

CHRISTMAS MAGIC

"CHRISTMAS MAGIC" AUDIO BLOG

Do You Believe?

Picture

All glory, honor, praise and thanksgiving to the One True God, the living God! Heavenly Father, let your words flow through me, and let Your children hear them. In Jesus' name. Amen.

A couple of days ago, I prayed for God to give me insight into the next step in His Plan, and/or when the world would see what He is doing, specifically?

Last night, I had a dream. No pictures or visions, just words. "Christmas Magic,"  over and over and over again, all night long in my sleep. I thought that was all God gave me about it, until I started writing this blog.

I am confident that we are getting ready to see some real 'Christmas Magic,' like the supernatural kind. Perhaps, the same as the REAL, original, 'Christmas Magic,' which was the supernatural, virgin, birth of Jesus Christ. That just popped into my head as I was writing this, and, then, I remembered a prophet saying recently that God said we are getting ready to see His Power, as in the days of Zechariah and Elizabeth.

If you remember Zechariah and Elizabeth, they were both old when they were told by God's angel Gabriel that Elizabeth would have a son, and they would name him John ... John the Baptizer.

If I am being honest, this is not the kind of 'Christmas Magic' I was envisioning after I had the dream, nor all the way up to as I was writing this blog, which is probably why I did not write it yesterday, because I was not on the track on which God wanted me, so I had no words.

I was not even sure I was going to write it. Honestly, all I had were the words 'Christmas Magic.' Everything else came to me as I was writing it, but I do know I prayed for understanding, and I do know that I had the dream about the words 'Christmas Magic,' and I know how God has put things together for me over the last two years: a piece of scripture here, a dream there, a prophet's words at exactly the right time, and altogether, His Word cannot be denied. Hallelujah! Praise God!

So, a miracle birth was not what I was envisioning. I mean, it would be wonderful to see some miracles at Christmas (or anytime), don't get me wrong, Amen, but, to be honest, my earthly, fleshy, vision of 'Christmas Magic' was more regarding politics. I am sure that is what is on a lot of people's minds, but as God told me earlier in the year: A politician, a mere man, cannot save us; Jesus Christ is the only one who can save us! See my blog titled, "GOD versus THE WORLD" here.

Now, God has taken me on quite a journey over the last couple of years in writing about His Plan: First, He said this was a Spiritual War, not in the physical realm, but in the supernatural realm; then, He said that He is separating the wheat from the chaff, and drawing a line with His finger in stone between good and evil, God and Satan, so that no one can be confused (boy, He was not kidding!); then, the lukewarm Christian; reaping what we sow; seed time and harvest; repentance; judgment; now, activating His government, or system, on earth; and, finally, Him wanting ALL focus on Him and His Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

So, hold on to your hats and buckle up, get ready for some supernatural 'Christmas Magic'! Do you believe? I do! I have seen His Power too many times in my life to not believe.

Our Prayer Today:

Heavenly Father, thank you for our many blessings. Thank you for Your Word. Thank you for Your Word that tells us that if we call on you, you will show us great and mighty things, and if we ask, believing, we will receive. Hallelujah!

Father, help us to have faith in You, and to believe as little children, who have faith in a different kind of 'Christmas Magic,' for theirs is the kingdom of God.

We know that with men, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus.

We pray for these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

THE POWER OF GOD'S LOVE

"THE POWER OF GOD'S LOVE" AUDIO BLOG

GOD IS LOVE! And he has given us the spirit of love!

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

How many people really understand 'love,' though? I mean, most of us probably, in our earthly understanding of love, at least love our mothers and fathers, and our children and husband, but what is love to God?

Let's first look at John 13:34, wherein Jesus said, "I am giving you a new commandment, that you [a]love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another."

Footnotes: biblegateway.com
(a) John 13:34 "The key to understanding this and other statements about love is to know that this love (the Greek word agape) is not so much a matter of emotion as it is of doing things for the benefit of another person, that is, having an unselfish concern for another and a willingness to seek the best for another."

'Agape' love is not a matter of emotion, the mind, or earthly love, love of the world, but an unselfish love for other human beings, or as Jesus also said, Love others as if they were yourself. Matthew 22:39

This is a difficult concept for a lot of people, because this is not what we have been taught. Personally, I have spent an entire lifetime withdrawing from people, and putting up walls, and judging by outward appearance. I told my neighbor just a few years ago that I do not like people. I heard someone else say recently that they like animals more than they like people.

In a sermon at church recently, the speaker said, It is easier to preach God's Word than it is to practice what you preach. Man, that is a fact, and one that Jesus stressed repeatedly, Woe to you Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes ... "Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity." Matthew 23:28

Clearly, they were not practicing what they preached. Are we? I know I often do not.

Woe to us!

This is why Jesus reminds us to remove the beam from our eye before we judge our brother for the splinter in his eye.

Every man sins, and there is only one judge for man, God, the Father. Do not judge, lest you be judged. Woe to us! We will appear before the judgment seat of Christ:

James 2

5 "Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?

6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?"

In John 13:34 above Jesus says, ". . . Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another."

How did Jesus love us exactly? First of all, He knew God the Father, and the Power of His Word and His Love, so He knew that if He loved with an unselfish, agape love, that God would dwell in him, and his love would be perfected in him, he would experience God's Power of Love.

" . . . If we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love is perfected in us." 1 John 4:12

God's love cannot be perfected in us unless and until we have an 'agape' love for all of mankind, especially unbelievers.

Jesus said, "For if you love them which love you, what reward have you? do not even the publicans (sinners) the same?" Matthew 5:46

Jesus really could not have made it more clear: do not love the world (Satan is the ruler of this world), but have an 'agape' love for all of mankind. Mankind is God's 'treasure' and 'peculiar people,' 'a royal priesthood,' 'one blood all nations,' and whom, for the very same reasons, is Satan's greatest enemy.

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15  Satan is the ruler of this world. Do not love this world. Satan is not the ruler of man, however. We are the ruler of him. We can crush Satan's head, but he can only bruise our heel.

Yet, many of us, me included, struggle with this 'agape' love, because we have a lifetime of conditioning by Satan: influence of family and friends, television and movies, fake news, social(ism) media, and following the 'bad voice' in our heads, but often seldom following God, or the 'good voice.'

Jesus demonstrated great compassion and 'agape' love, God's love, when he healed leprosy and all manner of weak flesh, and heaped coals of shame on the elders and high priests (Pharisees, Sadducees, scribes) instead.

As Apostle Paul describes in 1 Corinthians 13 below, we may have every gift from God, our Heavenly Father, but if we do not have God's Power of Love, this 'agape' love for all of mankind, we are nothing:

1 Corinthians 13

1 "If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not [a]love [for others growing out of God’s love for me], then I have become only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal [just an annoying distraction].

2 And if I have the gift of prophecy [and speak a new message from God to the people], and understand all mysteries, and [possess] all knowledge; and if I have all [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but do not have love [reaching out to others], I am nothing.

3 If I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body [b]to be burned, but do not have love, it does me no good at all."

Footnotes: biblegateway.com Amplified Bible
(a) 1 Corinthians 13:1 I.e. a profound thoughtfulness and unselfish concern for other believers regardless of their circumstances or station in life.

(b) 1 Corinthians 13:3 Early mss read so that I may boast, i.e. as a martyr.

Finally, Jesus said in Philippians 2:15, "That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world;"

Our Prayer Today:

Heavenly Father, thank you for our many blessings, and thank you for hearing our prayer today.

We come to you in thanksgiving and prayer, and ask for and receive Your promise of healing and restoration. Oh, Father, help us remember who we are, that we are a 'spark' from you, the Father. Re-ignite our spark, and let your Will be done in our lives, and not our own.

Help us to shed our old way of thinking, and teachings, our old habits of the flesh, and rain down Your Spirit into our souls, Father, and Your love, an 'agape' love, an unselfish love for others, all of mankind, especially unbelievers, and those sick and hurting, who need You the most. Teach us to love as Jesus did, so that we may be blameless and harmless, and shine as lights in this world, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation.

For these things we pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.

POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS

"POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS" AUDIO BLOG

There is Power in the Name of Jesus

"But I am afraid that, even as the serpent beguiled Eve by his cunning, your minds may be corrupted and led away from the simplicity of [your sincere and] pure devotion to [the power of] Christ." 2 Corinthians 11:3

"the simplicity of your sincere and pure devotion to the power of Christ."

The power of Christ, which is the Word, is simplicity, simple, not complicated, for anyone who believes. The Word is active and alive, and sharper than any two-edged sword.

Jesus Christ is the Word

John 1:1-4

1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men."

The word "power" or "dunamis" is used 120 times in the Bible.

From Strong's Concordance, "dunamis" in Hebrew means, "force (literally or figuratively); specially, miraculous power (usually by implication, a miracle itself): ability, abundance, meaning, mighty deed), (worker of) miracle(-s), power, strength, violence, mighty (wonderful) work."

There is miraculous power, force, ability, might, strength and abundance in the Word of God, which is Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." Matthew 28:18

There is Power in the Name of Jesus!

God gave us His Word on earth, in writing and in flesh, so we could activate His power on earth, and be saved from the temptations of Satan, the ruler of this world. All power is given to Jesus, and in Him, eternal, everlasting life, for those who believe on His Name.

"
And the Word was made flesh . . ." John 1:14 [Jesus Christ]

And, His Power is in us who believe:

". . . the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us who believe . . .” Ephesians 1:19

Isaiah 53:1 talks about the arm of the LORD for those who believe:

"Who has believed [confidently trusted in, relied on, and adhered to] our message [of salvation]?

And to whom [if not us] has the arm and infinite power of the LORD been revealed?"

I heard a prophet say it like this: The arm of the LORD [the Holy Spirit] swirls around believers who are reading His Word and gives them understanding, wisdom and/or knowledge about it. Believe in Jesus Christ with all your heart, read, study, and meditate on, God's Word, Old Testament and New Testament, and pray for understanding (until He provides it), and receive the Power of His Word, in this world.

Now, when the new heaven and new earth come down, as told in Revelation, we will no longer need the Bible, because we will live in the presence of the Word, Jesus Christ, and there will be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4

There is Power in the Name of Jesus. He is the Breaker of Every Chain!

Hallelujah! All glory, honor, praise and thanksgiving to God, the Father of lights. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

GOD'S SYSTEM OF PRAYER

"GOD'S SYSTEM OF PRAY" AUDIO BLOG

Picture

WHEN YOU KNOW GOD, YOU KNOW YOU KNOW GOD!

Hallelujah!

Do you know Him?

Something God has shared with me recently, in the last couple of months, is that His Word, the Bible, is a system, an automated system on earth, activated by praying and reading His Word, and, also, by our own thoughts, words spoken, and our own actions or deeds.

The words in the Bible are not just words. They are active and alive. If we meditate on His word, worship Him, give all glory, praise and thanksgiving to Him, day and night, every day, it will activate enormous blessings in our lives.

Not only have I experienced His system in my life, personally, as I have written about in these blogs recently, but this is also what He tells us to do in His Word.

"So then, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of [our great] God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

Whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God!

Whatever you do :::::

Philippians 4

6 "Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God.

7 And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

"In everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition"

WHATEVER YOU DO! By prayer and petition ... and receive the PEACE of God that passes ALL understanding! God's System!

James 4 goes into God's System of Prayer even further, and tells us specifically to pray before we move or change jobs.

James 4

13 "Come now [and pay attention to this], you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and carry on our business and make a profit.'

14 Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen in your life tomorrow. [What is secure in your life?] You are merely a vapor [like a puff of smoke or a wisp of steam from a cooking pot] that is visible for a little while and then vanishes [into thin air].

15 Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live and we will do this or that.'

16 But as it is, you boast [vainly] in your pretension and arrogance. All such boasting is evil."

Now, I know people will say to themselves, I have a job and a family. I don't have time for meditation, prayer and worship, day and night! And, God says to you, Yes, you do! Yes, you do have time, even with your hectic schedule and being pulled in 50 different directions, you have time!

You know why you have time? First of all, because God said you do LOL  Amen? But, also, because meditation, prayer and worship can, and should, be done all day long, every day. When you are driving down the road, just say to yourself, or out loud, Praise God! Thank you, Jesus! All Glory and Honor and Praise to God, Most High! Thank you thank you thank you. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God! Amen!  Easy peasy, right? It really just takes a conscious effort, and eventually it becomes a habit, a good habit!

Waiting in the drop-off line at school? Heavenly Father, thank you for my many blessings. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins. Watch over my children and my husband today, keep your word and your will in their hearts, and make their paths straight. Amen!

Prayer system activated!

Start talking to God, reading His Word, and listening to His answers. Watch the enormous benefits that start to roll into your life.

Now, what does God say about His system of prayer for healing?

GOD'S SYSTEM OF PRAYER
FOR HEALING OURSELVES AND OTHERS

James 5

13 "Is anyone among you suffering? He must pray.

Is anyone joyful? He is to sing praises [to God].

14 Is anyone among you sick? He must call for the elders (spiritual leaders) of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with [c]oil [the presence of God, the Holy Spirit] in the name of the Lord [Jesus Christ];

15 and the prayer of faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false steps, your offenses], and pray for one another, that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God--it is dynamic and can have tremendous power].

17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours [with the same physical, mental, and spiritual limitations and shortcomings], and he prayed intensely for it not to rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months.

18 Then he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land produced its crops [as usual]."

Footnotes: biblegateway.com
(c) James 5:14 The oil symbolizes the presence of God.

Definition of "dynamic": always ACTIVE or changing.

Prayer is 'dynamic,' always active (alive). Hallelujah! Amen!

So, according to James 5:13-18 above, whom is called to pray for the sick?

First, the elders, or spiritual leaders, of the church are to pray over them, and anoint them with the presence of God, which is the Holy Spirit, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Second, as righteous men and women, we are called to pray for them and ourselves (that we may all be healed and restored), and we are specifically told that we can accomplish 'MUCH' through prayer!

Now, what does "righteous" mean. If anyone is like I was, I really did not understand what it meant until recently. I remember not that long ago, looking at my husband and saying, Am I righteous? Are you righteous? What does that mean?

So, I looked up the definition of "righteous": from wordnik: Morally upright; without guilt or sin.

I was like, wow, that really does not describe me, even though I was living as sin-free as humanly possible at that time (within my limited knowledge of God's Word), so the whole concept of righteousness went right over my head. Then, of course, a light bulb went off (God spoke), and I realized that 'righteous' means saved by the grace of God, and having our sins washed away by the blood sacrifice of the New Covenant, Jesus Christ.

In other words, we are saved from sin, or death (we are righteous), because God wanted to save us, and he sacrificed His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins could be washed away, once and for all, forever. Amen! But do not abuse God's system, because with blessings come curses. Plus, we (believers) will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ and give account to God! Romans 14:11-12. Praise God! Thank you, Jesus! See more in my blog titled, 'Sin No More.'

Further, Jesus tells us in Matthew 18:19 that if just two of us agree on earth on anything, it shall be done for them!

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 18:19  God's System!

So, these are the reasons I started attending Saturday night prayer meeting at church, because I know firsthand that prayer works in my life. I think I was driven (by God) to come to the church physically, and pray with other people in the chapel.

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20

It was almost like a feeling of selfishness on my part, because I knew miracles could happen, and I was not doing what God's Word instructed me to do to help effectuate those miracles in other people's lives, as well as my own.

"Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." James 5:16 - God's System!!

Remember, Satan is like a roaring lion looking for whom he can devour. The one Saturday night I did not attend the prayer meeting, I knew immediately that Satan had won that round, and I vowed to not let that happen again. Praise God!

So, maybe you will be called (by God) to attend prayer meetings at your church for healing of others, or you and/or your family and friends, or possibly a stranger!

Regardless, cover all your bases, activate ALL of God's blessings and walk with Him all day long, every day. You will activate God's system in your life, and then you will fully understand what I mean when I say, When you know God, you KNOW you know him!

I pray God gives everyone the peace that passes all understanding!

Hallelujah! Praise God! Amen!

OUR WORDS ARE ALIVE

MASARU EMOTO'S
IMPOSSIBLE RICE EXPERIMENT

NOTE: PLEASE WATCH THE ABOVE VIDEO BEFORE CONTINUING.

Also, try it at home with your children. It really works!  Our Words are Alive!

Thank you!

Gods' Holy Word (the Bible): They are not JUST words! God's Word is a system, and it is active and alive, and oh so powerful and marvelous!

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Hebrews 4:12

". . . piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit . . . a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." God's System! Hallelujah! Praise God!

The Bible also tells us that we will be judged for every word spoken!

"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment." Matthew 12:36

And, that, We will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ, and give account of ourselves to God.

Romans 14

10 But why do you judge your brother? or why do you set at nought your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way."

As the above video (experiment) shows, and as the Bible tell us, in God's system, words have consequences, good and bad:

Good: "Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweet and delightful to the soul and healing to the body." Proverbs 16:24

Bad: "For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." Matthew 12:37

That may not sound like a party we would want to attend, to be condemned for our words, but I assure you, it is a party where the invitation is written in the New Covenant, the Blood Sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Covenant).

Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! For through this Covenant, because of the love of our Heavenly Father, we are guaranteed eternal salvation, everlasting life.

We are not, however guaranteed rewards. Will your
words and deeds stand the 'test' of fire, or will you be 'barely' saved from the fire?

1 Corinthians 3

14 "If any person’s work which he has built [on this foundation, that is, any outcome of his effort] remains [and survives this test], he will receive a reward.

15 But if any person’s work is burned up [by the test], he will suffer the loss [of his reward]; yet he himself will be saved, but only as [one who has barely escaped] through fire."

Do not lose your rewards. Live your life now as if ALL of your sins, your words and your deeds, are laid bare, and you are called to give account for them to the Father, the Living God. It is a terrible thing to face punishment from the Living God. Hebrews 10:31  I will be appalled at my behavior. Oh, Lord Jesus, if only I knew then what I know now. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus, for not forsaking me!

Romans 6 AMP

12 "Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts and passions.

13 Do not go on offering members of your body to sin as instruments of wickedness. But offer yourselves to God [in a decisive act] as those alive [raised] from the dead [to a new life], and your members [all of your abilities—sanctified, set apart] as instruments of righteousness [yielded] to God.

14 For sin will no longer be a master over you, since you are not under Law [as slaves], but under [unmerited] grace [as recipients of God’s favor and mercy].

15 What then [are we to conclude]? Shall we sin because we are not under Law, but under [God’s] grace? Certainly not!

16 Do you not know that when you continually offer yourselves to someone to do his will, you are the slaves of the one whom you obey, either [slaves] of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness (right standing with God)?

17 But thank God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient with all your heart to the standard of teaching in which you were instructed and to which you were committed.

18 And having been set free from sin, you have become the slaves of righteousness [of conformity to God’s will and purpose].

19 I am speaking in [familiar] human terms because of your natural limitations [your spiritual immaturity]. For just as you presented your bodily members as slaves to impurity and to [moral] lawlessness, leading to further lawlessness, so now offer your members [your abilities, your talents] as slaves to righteousness, leading to sanctification [that is, being set apart for God’s purpose].

20 When you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness [you had no desire to conform to God’s will].

21 So what benefit did you get at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? [None!] For the outcome of those things is death!

22 But now since you have been set free from sin and have become [willing] slaves to God, you have your benefit, resulting in sanctification [being made holy and set apart for God’s purpose], and the outcome [of this] is eternal life.

23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God [that is, His remarkable, overwhelming gift of grace to believers] is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Our Prayer Today:

Heavenly Father, fill us with Your Spirit, Your Words, and Your Will. "Let each one of us [make it a practice to] please his neighbor for his good, to build him up spiritually." Romans 15:2  . . . Through Your Word, and our words and deeds.

Hear our prayers, Heavenly Father, so that we that exercise truth come to the Light, that our deeds [words, actions] may be made manifest, and known to be of God. John 3:21

Hallelujah to the Lamb of God! Praise God!

In Jesus' name. Amen.

GOD'S SYSTEM OF TITHING

"GOD'S SYSTEM OF TITHING" AUDIO BLOG

Picture

Have you ever experienced God's government, His system on earth? He has one, you know, and it is marvelous, simply marvelous.

SEED, PLANT, HARVEST: Prayer. Tithing. Offerings. First fruits. Meditation. Loving others the same as you love yourself. Reaping what you sow. Blessings and curses. And so much more!

"For ever since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through His workmanship [all His creation, the wonderful things that He has made]. . ." Romans 1:20

All of these things are real, and every choice we make has consequences in God's system: good consequences, or bad, depending upon what kind of seeds we plant, or choices we make.

First, let's give all glory, honor, praise, and thanksgiving to God, our heavenly Father. Thank you, Father. Amen.

GOD IS GREAT  - ALL THE TIME!  Hallelujah!

The Bible, God's Holy Word, is amazing, and He wants us to understand it. "Call unto me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not." Jeremiah 33:3

As I have said in previous blogs, I began reading the Bible, beginning to end, around the middle of August this year. I am happy to report, I am up to Acts 18 now. Thank you, Jesus. God has given me many revelations during this time, many written pages of understanding, knowledge and wisdom, which He is gradually pulling together for me into one document. Praise God. Hallelujah!

This blog is part of those revelations: God's System of Tithing.

Thank you, Heavenly Father. Let your words flow through me, in Jesus' name. Amen.

I used to wonder how God knew who was good and who was bad, kind of like Santa Claus. I mean, there are over 7 billion people in the world. How can He possibly see what everyone is doing all the time?

Well, He can, and He does, because the very hairs of our head are all numbered Luke 7:12, but He does not need to see what every single human being is doing every second of every day, because He put a government in place, a system if you will. The whole system is quite amazing, just like Him Praise God, and it is based primarily on seed, plant, harvest. If you sow seeds of righteousness (love, kindness, charity (giving with a selfless and joyful heart), obedience to God),  your fruit will be good, and your harvest bountiful. If you sow seeds of unrighteousness (discord, strife, evil thoughts, lies, gossip), your fruit will be bad, and your harvest will be lacking.

I personally have my own experiences with God's system on earth. Thank you, Lord. One such instance is with tithing.

First, though, what is tithing, and what does God say about it in His Word?

GOD'S SYSTEM OF TITHING

“Every year you shall certainly tithe [a tenth] of all the yield of your seed which is produced by your field." Deuteronomy 14:22 In modern times, men have grown accustomed to tithing (a tenth) of their income (since our main income is no longer that which is produced in our field), spread out weekly or monthly.

And, Malachi 3, tells of God's System of Tithing, and the blessings or the curses, which can result therefrom.

Malachi 3

You Have Robbed God

8 “Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings [you have withheld].

9 You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, this whole nation!

10 Bring all the tithes (the tenth) into the [c]storehouse, so that there may be [d]food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you [so great] a blessing until there is no more room to receive it.

11 Then I will rebuke the [e]devourer (insects, plague) for your sake and he will not destroy the fruits of the ground, nor will your vine in the field drop its grapes [before harvest],” says the Lord of hosts.

12 “All nations shall call you happy and blessed, for you shall be a land of delight,” says the Lord of hosts.""

Footnotes: biblegateway.com

(c) Malachi 3:10 In ancient times special storehouses were established in the temple to receive the tithes of the harvest. If the people were not faithful, the priests could not continue to serve and perform their duties.

(d) Malachi 3:10 I.e. support for the priests and their families.

(e) Malachi 3:11 In return for their faithfulness God promised protection for the harvest.

The only time in God's Word, where we are told to 'test' Him: Malachi 3:10.

He tells us specifically NOT to test Him, but this one time, regarding tithing, which is so important to care for and feed God's needy and poor children, we are told, "Test me now in this, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you [so great] a blessing until there is no more room to receive it." Hallelujah! Amen!

These are not just words. God's Word is alive!  It is a living and active system!

"For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

So, last year, when the stimulus checks were given out, I had thought earnestly about tithing. As I was thinking about it earnestly, considering how much I would give, which I guess would have to be considered some form of prayer or meditation on God's Word in His eyes, a significant amount came to me, a number (this number is not exactly 10% of our monthly income, but it was what God wanted from us at that time). I mean, it was clear as day, this number that came to me.

Long story short, Satan pushed it to the back of my mind, and I never tithed that amount, or any other amount. I had a short list of excuses to myself at the time as to why I did not, but in the end, they were just excuses. The truth has something to do with not having the faith of a mustard seed.

Fast forward probably almost exactly one year later, and God is putting tithing on my heart again. Praise God! Amen! Again, I start earnestly thinking about it, considering how much I would give, and bam, the exact same amount, same number, came to me, clear as day. I don't know about you, but these things give me goosebumps. So, this time, having spent the last year in almost daily prayer with Him, and reading His Word daily, I immediately got out my checkbook and wrote a check for that exact amount, not one penny more and not one penny less.

I was now listening to God, and I was going to execute His Will in our lives, precisely as instructed. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen!

Now, we are not rich by any means. We are a one-income family, and this tithe was a bit of a sacrifice, Thank you, Jesus, for your ultimate blood sacrifice, but, in the past, I have seen God's system of tithing reap enormous rewards in my life, never wanting or having a shortage, when it could not have possibly been that way without God's brilliant system.

That, together with the fact that when God tells you to do something (especially if He tells you TWICE), you might want to listen, so I wrote the check, and wrote it joyously, with a happy heart. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

2 Corinthians 9

6 "But this I say, He which sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which sows bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

7 Every man according as he purposes in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver.

8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:"

Sow your seeds with a giving and joyful heart, so that God's grace abounds toward you, and you always have all sufficiency in all things.

Now, you may be asking yourselves, if I knew firsthand the rewards of tithing, that it IS real, then how did I let Satan keep me from activating our blessings of tithing last year, by preventing me from listening to God's Will? Well, I guess my seed was like that which fell on the rock, in The Parable of the Sower: "They [the seeds] on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away." Luke 8:13

Also, I just realized the next day, December 8, as if any more proof were needed (for me and hopefully some of you), my garden last year, for the first time since we moved into this house five years ago, was exactly what God said He would prevent in Malachi 3:11: "
Then I will rebuke the devourer (insects, plague) for your sake and he will not destroy the fruits of the ground, nor will your vine in the field drop its grapes [before harvest] . . ."

Last year, for the first time, because I did not listen to God, my tomatoes fell off the vine while they were green, or the vine just withered with the green tomatoes still on it; same thing with many things we planted. Also, we planted 13 bare root fruit trees last year that ALL got Japanese beetles (the devourer). So, yep, my garden experienced everything Scripture said He would keep away if we tithed, just because I listened to Satan instead of God. You cannot make this stuff up. God is GREAT - ALL the time!

He called, but I did not listen, and I got withered vines and Japanese beetles.

Isaiah 66:4

"So I will choose their punishments,

And will bring the things they dread upon them

Because I called, but no one answered;

I spoke, but they did not listen or obey . . .
”

How about you? Is God talking to you? Are you listening?

SEED, PLANT, HARVEST!

As I told my grandson recently, always listen to the good voice in your head. The good and bad voices are real. They are a part of the system of free will, through seed, plant, harvest. Sow good seeds and reap a bountiful harvest.

Satan [the bad voice] is always there, trying to tempt us, to give us bad seeds to sow, to keep us from our bountiful harvest, to pull us away from God's Will in our lives, and to take away our earthly and eternal rewards.

So, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8
(the devourer Malachi 3:11 above)

We know God does not tempt us, and we know that He will not allow us to be tempted more than we can withstand. "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Corinthians 10:13

He gave us a way to withstand the wiles of the devil, to reap the full rewards of His system. The way we protect ourselves from Satan [the devourer] is with God's armor. We must wear the whole armor of God, not just to "withstand in the evil day," but every day, to protect our bountiful harvest, and other rewards in this life, as well as eternally.

Ephesians 6

The Whole Armor of God

13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:"

I pray that God's Will is done in your life today and every day. Keep God's Word hidden in your heart, so that you always hear Him calling. "Your word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against you." Psalm 119:11  Amen.

Do not let sin win. Repent, turn away from it, activate God's system of bounty in your life. Change your hearts and show by the way you live that you have changed! Matthew 3:8

Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.

Our Prayer Today:

When His disciples asked him to teach them how to pray, Jesus responded by saying, Pray in this manner (the Lord's Prayer) Matthew 6:9-13.

The Lord's Prayer

Matthew 6

9 "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."

Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen.
