"LIGHT OF THE WORLD" AUDIO BLOG“The eye is the lamp [light] of the body; so if your eye is clear [spiritually perceptive], your whole body will be full of light [benefiting from God’s precepts (laws, commands)]." Matthew 6:22 If we think about the eyes literally, they are the primary way light enters our body (clearly, it also enters through our skin since it is the body's largest organ). But, light enters the pupil, and the iris controls how much light enters. Then, it passes through a lens, which works with the cornea to focus the images we are seeing. The light then passes through the retina, and literally kickstarts an electrical process that sends signals to our brain to show us the images. I found that completely fascinating and amazing, a miracle of creation, something only God could do. Praise God! Like the rising of the sun in the east, and setting in the west. Hallelujah! Now, the good news of salvation is everlasting life through Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 If we believe this, even though our flesh is weak, we have been set apart as holy for God: "And in accordance with this will [of God] we [who believe in the message of salvation] have been sanctified [that is, set apart as holy for God and His purposes] through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." Hebrews 10:10 Likewise, if we think about it spiritually, as in Matthew 6:22 (above), if our eye is clear '[spiritually perceptive],' or focused on God, what is right, good and pure, we will never again be in darkness, regardless of the infirmities of the flesh, because Jesus tells us, we are the light of the world. Matthew 5:14 So, with our physical eyes, we SEE the lights of the world, but with our spiritual eye, we ARE the light of the world, and will never again be in darkness. Or, as Apostle Paul told, in the story of 'A Thorn in the Flesh': 2 Corinthians 12 A Thorn in the Flesh 7 "Because of the surpassing greatness and extraordinary nature of the revelations [which I received from God], for this reason, to keep me from thinking of myself as important, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan, to torment and harass me—to keep me from exalting myself! 8 Concerning this I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might leave me; 9 but He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.' Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ [may completely enfold me and] may dwell in me. 10 So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength]." Is your church a supernatural church? Is the Holy Spirit present? Can you tell when he is present? If not, find a new church. Sad but true. Sorry not sorry. You cannot be a supernatural church without the presence of the Holy Spirit. God has put on my heart many times in the last two years that we are moving into a supernatural explosion of God into the hearts of believers. We are already seeing more and more (lay) people expressing new gifts from Holy Spirit. Of all the religious denominations, I believe Pentecostal is considered THE supernatural church. We believe in gifts from the Holy Spirit, and his presence in our worship: 1 Corinthians 12 4 "Now there are [distinctive] varieties of spiritual gifts [special abilities given by the grace and extraordinary power of the Holy Spirit operating in believers], but it is the same Spirit [who grants them and empowers believers]. 5 And there are [distinctive] varieties of ministries and service, but it is the same Lord [who is served]. 6 And there are [distinctive] ways of working [to accomplish things], but it is the same God who produces all things in all believers [inspiring, energizing, and empowering them]. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit [the spiritual illumination and the enabling of the Holy Spirit] for the common good. 8 To one is given through the [Holy] Spirit [the power to speak] the message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express] the word of knowledge and understanding according to the same Spirit; 9 to another [wonder-working] faith [is given] by the same [Holy] Spirit, and to another the [extraordinary] gifts of healings by the one Spirit; 10 and to another the working of miracles, and to another prophecy [foretelling the future, speaking a new message from God to the people], and to another discernment of spirits [the ability to distinguish sound, godly doctrine from the deceptive doctrine of man-made religions and cults], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues. 11 All these things [the gifts, the achievements, the abilities, the empowering] are brought about by one and the same [Holy] Spirit, distributing to each one individually just as He chooses." At our church, which we just started attending, we have a prayer meeting Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. I attended it for the first time on November 20, 2021. Even though there were only three people present at the prayer meeting, you could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in the room. We prayed for various things, and people who had submitted prayer requests, and others who had not. I have personally seen amazing results from prayer, even when I pray alone, much less three righteous people, God's house, in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Praise God! Prayer is not a one-time, one-shot deal. Imagine if the whole church were praying for the same things, at the same time. Needless to say, I will be praying for all of our prayer warriors to show up at all prayer meetings. Amen! Now, one of the other things I prayed for Saturday night is for every seat in our church to be filled, all sermons, meetings and classes. Thursday morning, also on Thanksgiving Day, God put on my heart that our church is getting ready to explode, not only in members, but also in the presence of the Holy Spirit! I even saw a tent, and shuttles transporting people! Hallelujah! Amen! These are great times we are coming into. God is making it known that He is real, and He is here. There are wonders and signs and miracles happening all around us ..... open your eyes to see, your ears to hear and your heart to understand ..... but do not expect to hear or see them from the false prophets (fake news). As believers in the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, WE ARE the light of the world. Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven." Hallelujah! As believers in Christ, we know from scripture that temptation is common to human (mankind) experience, but that God will not let us be tempted beyond our ability to resist. Hallelujah! Praise God. We also know that if we remain steadfast until the end (resist the temptation of sin), we will be saved. Thank you, Jesus! 1 Corinthians 10 13 No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy]. 14 Therefore, my beloved, run [keep far, far away] from [any sort of] idolatry [and that includes loving anything more than God, or participating in anything that leads to sin and enslaves the soul]." Pray that we all remain steadfast under the trials and tribulations and temptations of human life, life in the flesh, for we know that if we persevere in righteousness (repentance, obedience to God) until the end, we will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised: "Blessed [happy, spiritually prosperous, favored by God] is the man who is steadfast under trial and perseveres when tempted; for when he has passed the test and been approved, he will receive the [victor’s] crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him." James 1:12 Matthew 24 11 "Many false prophets will appear and mislead many. 12 Because lawlessness is increased, the love of most people will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures and bears up [under suffering] to the end will be saved. 14 This good news of the kingdom [the gospel] will be preached throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end [of the age] will come." Pray that God's children have a renewing and a refreshing of Spirit, so that we do not become salt that has lost its taste, but that our light always shines brightly, so that men may see our good deeds and glorify our Father who is in heaven! Finally, no matter what life throws at us, we know that no mountain is too high because the Lord is our strength, and he has made our feet steady. Amen "YOU GET AS MUCH AS YOU GIVE" AUDIO BLOG (or read only below)  "Then He [Jesus] said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear. By your own standard of measurement [that is, to the extent that you study spiritual truth and apply godly wisdom] it will be measured to you [and you will be given even greater ability to respond]—and more will be given to you besides." Mark 4:24 I started writing this some time ago, but I have been hyper-focused since August on reading the Bible from start to finish. I am now up to Ezekiel 40. Hallelujah! Praise God! But, the question that had been on my mind when I first wrote this blog some time ago, is why do I often receive "snapshots" only? Why would I get a vision or word in my sleep, and then snap awake, like literally a snapshot photo? A few months ago, the light bulb went off, and I realized I only get snapshots, because, as I have said before, You Get As Much As You Give. "Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.” Luke 6:38 You Get As Much As You Give. "And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Luke 11:9 "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6 I N E V E R Y T H I N G! Prayer is not a one-time, thirty-second thing, or when we feel like it deal. I saw a great evangelist, Mario Murillo, the other day in a video. Mario, God Bless his heart and his ministry, is bringing 300 people per night to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in his tent revivals, in some of the worst neighborhoods in southern California. Hallelujah! Praise God! Mario said that there is no way he can get off a four-hour flight, and walk into one of those revivals and start healing and preaching, unless he was walking and talking with God all day, every day, no matter where he is or what he is doing. Hallelujah! Amen. And, of course, Mario is right. God's Word tells us just that. (See Philippians 4:6 above.) "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatsoever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31 James 4 13 "Come now [and pay attention to this], you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and carry on our business and make a profit.' 14 Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen in your life tomorrow. [What is secure in your life?] You are merely a vapor [like a puff of smoke or a wisp of steam from a cooking pot] that is visible for a little while and then vanishes [into thin air]. 15 Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live and we will do this or that.' 16 But as it is, you boast [vainly] in your pretension and arrogance. All such boasting is evil. 17 So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.'" Therefore, let us strive, from this day forward, every one of us, to walk with, talk to, give all glory, thanksgiving and praise to God, the Most High, every day, all day. And, to make our words spoken kinder, and for the greater good, for we will all be judged by every word spoken. "But I tell you, on the day of judgment people will have to give an accounting for every careless or useless word they speak." Matthew 12:36 We are all being changed, from one degree of God's glory, to an even higher degree of God's glory, whereby everything on earth is moving step by step towards the perfection of Jesus, our Savior. I heard a prophet describe it recently like this: God brings us perfection. We bring God imperfection. God turns what man means for evil into good, and that imperfection elevates closer to the perfection of God, so that everything in the world is moving towards God's perfection. Of course, since the Bible should always be our fact checker, the Scripture says in 2 Corinthians 3:18 (AMP): "And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit." Salvation is promised through the blood of Jesus Christ, but our eternal rewards are not promised. They will be based on our words and our works. 1 Corinthians 3 14 "If any person’s work which he has built [on this foundation, that is, any outcome of his effort] remains [and survives this test], he will receive a reward. 15 But if any person’s work is burned up [by the test], he will suffer the loss [of his reward]; yet he himself will be saved, but only as [one who has barely escaped] through fire." Don't let your rewards be lost to the fire. No matter what, it only ends one way: "For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God." "FEAST AND FAMINE" AUDIO BLOG Choose GodYou know those people who say God is a myth, a fairy tale, sky daddy? First, if you know God, you know you know God. The more God plays out in my daily life, the more I want to shout it from the housetops!! Over the last couple of years, God has been very active in my life, to say the least. My journey has been from full-blown, active and willing sinner, to faithful servant of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and our heavenly Father. God gave my husband and I messages last year, however, of which I did not write about, because, as I have said before, sadly, I do not have the faith of a mustard seed. But, no matter how stiff-necked (stubborn) man is, if God has a Word to be said, He will insure it is said. Hallelujah! Praise God! This story begins in 2020. Last year, God gave my husband a vision of a silo, and he started talking about building a silo. We soon realized that was not feasible, primarily because we do not have room to grow enough of anything to fill a silo. But, God had planted the seed in our thoughts and hearts, and, almost simultaneously, God put a spirit of preparing (storing food and necessities) in me. I struggled with this concept at first, because Jesus said, “But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:” Matthew 6:20 Then, God gave me a vision one night: I was washing dishes, and I began washing with a large, full bottle of dish detergent, and when I was through washing, the bottle was half empty. That would be a lot of dishes. So, I then knew that God was having us store food, because a time was coming when people would need it. All of this happened last year, and we have been prepping ever since then. I bought a dehydrator, and then two dehydrators. Recently, I bought a pressure canner. In addition to storing food, I was drawn to learning about medicinal, delicious and nutritious weeds that grow in the backyard, and even cultivating some weeds, and collecting seeds from them for next year. And, we planted 13 fruit trees. Now, everyone may not have room to grow all of that outside, but you do not need to have a lot of room. We also started learning to cultivate food inside the house. We actually started hydroponics a few years ago, to see how it would go, and, surprisingly, the plants got big over the winter, but then I planted them outside in the spring. But, I now know for sure that I can grow brassica (broccoli, cabbage, etc.) greens inside the house, in water.... and also in dirt (in the house). The leaves of the broccoli plant are just as delicious and nutritious as the actual broccoli itself. So, plant a tree . . . or, even a weed, grow something, inside or outside!  Now, what does the Bible say about famine in the land? Seven Years of Feast - Seven Years of Famine Genesis 41 29 "Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt: 30 And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; 31 And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous." This morning, God showed me the following Scripture from Jeremiah 14, which is in line with God's Word to me at the beginning of the year regarding Jeremiah 4. You can read about it by clicking here. The entire Book of Jeremiah describes God's wrath to come, but Jeremiah 4 and Jeremiah 14, is what He has shown me. Famine and the False Prophets Jeremiah 14 False Prophets 13 "But I said, Alas, Lord God! Behold, the [false] prophets are telling them, ‘You will not see the sword nor will you have famine, but I [the Lord] will give you lasting peace in this place.’ 14 Then the Lord said to me, 'The [counterfeit] prophets are prophesying lies in My Name. I have neither sent them nor authorized them nor spoken to them. They are prophesying to you made-up visions [pretending to call forth responses from handmade gods], a worthless divination and the deceit of their own mind. 15 Therefore, thus says the Lord concerning the [false] prophets who are prophesying in My Name, although I did not send them—yet they keep saying, 'Sword and famine shall not be in this land’: by sword and famine those prophets shall meet their end and be consumed. 16 And the people to whom they are prophesying will be thrown out into the streets of Jerusalem, victims of famine and sword; and they will have no one to bury them—neither them, nor their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters. For I will pour out their [own] wickedness on them [and not only on the imposters posing as prophets, for the people could not have been deceived without their own consent].'" The Blameless Will be Satisfied Psalm 37 16 "Better is the little of the righteous [who seek the will of God] Than the abundance (riches) of many wicked (godless). 17 For the arms of the wicked will be broken, But the Lord upholds and sustains the righteous [who seek Him]. 18 The Lord knows the days of the blameless, And their inheritance will continue forever. 19 They will not be ashamed in the time of evil, And in the days of famine they will have plenty and be satisfied." 20 But the wicked (ungodly) will perish, And the enemies of the Lord will be like the glory of the pastures and like the fat of lambs [that is consumed in smoke], They vanish—like smoke they vanish away. 21 The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and kind and gives. 22 For those blessed by God will [at last] inherit the land, But those cursed by Him will be cut off." "The Lord knows the days of the blameless . . . And in the days of famine they will have plenty and be satisfied." Acts 3 19 "So repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and return [to God—seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day]; 20 and that He may send [to you] Jesus, the Christ, who has been appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must keep until the time for the [complete] restoration of all things about which God promised through the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. 22 Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your countrymen; you shall listen to Him and obey everything He tells you. 23 And it will be that every person that does not listen to and heed that Prophet will be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ 24 Indeed, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also announced these days. 25 You are the sons (descendants) of the prophets and [heirs] of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your seed (descendant) all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’ 26 It was for you first of all that God raised up His Servant and Son [Jesus], and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.” Matthew 13:15 "'For this nation’s heart has grown hard, And with their ears they hardly hear, And they have [tightly] closed their eyes, Otherwise they would see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, and turn [to Me] And I would heal them [spiritually].’" Isaiah 45:17 "Israel has been saved by the Lord With an everlasting salvation; You will not be put to shame or humiliated for all eternity." "GOD'S BLESSINGS AND CURSES" AUDIO BLOG (or read only below)  Throughout God's Holy Word (the Bible), He routinely blesses man for his obedience, and curses him for disobedience. "Our God is a consuming fire" Hebrews 12:29, and He will not tolerate disobedience. "It is a fearful and terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God [incurring His judgment and wrath]." Hebrews 10:31 After 40 years being led through the wilderness by the Lord, the Israelites were finally ready to take possession of the land promised by God to their fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel), a land flowing with milk and honey. God promises great blessings if they keep all His commandments, but, also, great punishment for disobedience. I mean, if we really think about it, no one should wonder why the world is in its current state of affairs. In Genesis 6:5-6, "The Lord saw that the wickedness (depravity) of man was great on the earth, and that every imagination or intent of the thoughts of his heart were only evil continually. The Lord regretted that He had made mankind on the earth, and He was [deeply] grieved in His heart." God loves us, though. We are His peculiar people, created by Him and for Him, in His likeness and image, and paid for with a hefty ransom, the blood of His only begotten son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His Peculiar People: 1 Peter 2:9 "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;" Created By Him and For Him: Colossians 1:16 "For by Him all things were created in heaven and on earth, [things] visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him and for Him." In His Likeness and Image: Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them." Amen. And, what is important to know is that our God, our heavenly Father, is just and forgiving, if we repent [turn away from sin]. Praise God! Amen! "WHITE AS SNOW" AUDIO BLOG First, it cannot be said enough that prayer is amazing. Both of the following Scriptures are just and true:
"And all things, whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." Matthew 21:22 “And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.” 1 John 3:22 All Glory to God in the Highest. Hallelujah! So, on to "White as Snow." Last weekend, I got out of bed to pray during the evening, as I sometimes do, although not as often as I know that I should. I prayed for God to give me insight into what was going on at that moment in the world, in His Plan. I also prayed to see His face and have His loving arms wrapped around me. I prayed for many things, but those two are related to this story. Then, I went back to bed, and to sleep. At some point after that, God gave me a vision, where I looked out a window and saw snow. I did not even have to pull out my Bible and research Scripture to know that He had answered both of my questions or requests. In the Bible, snow represents the cleansing of sin: "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Isaiah 1:18 So, first, God is cleansing sin in the world and in America. Snow also represents the image of God: "His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire." Revelation 1:14 Honestly, God could not have picked a better image with which to show me Himself. The first snows of the year always make me smile, and make me feel warm and fuzzy. Thank you, Lord. And, so second, we know that He answers prayers with amazing consideration and love. He truly is great all of the time! Hallelujah! Many prophets have been stressing in the last year or two, and are still saying, that a Spiritual Revival is coming. God has put this on my heart as well. This picture brought me joy and a into prayer of thanksgiving and rejoicing, because if that's not God pouring out His Spirt on the Vegas Strip, then my name isn't Melanie. "And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:" Acts 2:17 INCOMING!! "And it was commanded them [locusts] that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads." Most people, including me, do not spend a lot of time thinking about the end times. I mean, if you already follow God with all of your heart, mind and soul, then you probably will not do much differently in the end times anyway. If, however, you have been paying attention to the weather around the world for the last month or two, or few years even, oh my: volcanoes, blizzards, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, giant hail, locusts ... it's kind of hard not to think about the end times, at least once in a while. Ever since reading about locusts in Revelation 9:3 (above), I have wondered what kind of locusts would kill men, but not grass, green things, or trees? This morning, a light bulb went off. I call them epiphanies or revelations from God, but, a light bulb went off, and I wondered if there was a laser technology named locust? Guess what? There is!!! As I have said before, 2020 was the year of "What the Literal Heck," but 2021 is clearly the year of "You Can't Make This Stuff Up." Please, read my blog titled, "Algorithm is Not Man's Rhythm," here, for information about "little birds" listening. But, I am reminded of a certain western state in 2018, which had strange fires that burned only the houses and not the grass or trees around the houses (see image above). I mean, even a layperson like me thought at the time, it seemed like lasers. Those fires killed 85 people, but not the grass, green things or trees! Are you paying attention yet? Let us see what other indicators there may be for the end times. “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.” Matthew 24:22 Did you know that for the first time ever, the earth is spinning faster, and a day is actually shorter than 24 hours? Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:” Revelation 6:12 "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;" You may or may not have heard about a proposed theory being discussed to "dim the sun" to reduce or delay the effects of climate change. Who is at the center of this controversial scheme? None other than Mr. Population Control himself, Bill Gates. Matthew 24:29 and Revelation 6:12 (above) could be referring to this elaborate plan to dim the sun, or they could be referring to ash and smoke from volcanoes darkening the sun, which is also brewing right now, around the world. Last week, there were over 52 ACTIVE volcanoes around the world. The number is down to the 30s this week, but between earthquakes and volcanoes, meteorologists, geologists and volcanologists are still expecting something big, and 2021 is on track to become a record-breaking year of major earthquakes and volcanoes. And, finally, I am sure I could go into a lot of detail on this one, and maybe that is for a future blog, but I would be remiss in discussing the end times if I failed to mention the coronavirus. “And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.” Revelation 6:2 A crown: "The mystery has been solved at last. Corona's origin has been discovered, in an etymological sense at least. It's right there in Exodus 34:29 -- When Moses descended from the mountain, he "did not know that the skin of his face had become radiant -- כי קרן עור פניו..." Moses did not know that his face was CoRaN, radiating light. It spread quickly to verse 30 and 35. Three incidents! This ancient Biblical Hebrew root is undoubtedly the source of the Latin word "corona," which eventually became "crown" in English. QaRaN can also mean horn, and is the likely origin of a host of other English words like cornice, corner, cornucopia, cranium, cornea, and unicorn." In addition, it is a fact that, under a microscope, the coronavirus resembles a crown, scarlet or purple and gold (see images above). “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:” Revelation 17:4 "And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven." Luke 21:11 At the risk of going off the proverbial "deep end," the sky has been abundant with UFO sightings, in plain sight, spaceships that look like clouds, stealth in the clouds, or actually, THE clouds. The Bible clearly says that Jesus will come with the clouds: “Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.” Revelation 1:7 I am not saying that clouds that look like stealth spaceships are Jesus, and God's Word actually tells us not to go chasing sightings of Jesus. When he comes, everyone will know. But, I am presenting events talked about in the Bible, and that are happening in real time, right before our eyes, today, in 2021. Hallelujah! Praise God for choosing us to be here during this Biblical time in His Plan! Do I believe we are in the end times? It is possible and even likely, but the bigger question is, Will the end be NOW? I do not believe that the end is now, not from what God has put on my heart in the last year, and which I have shared in previous blogs, specifically the story of Josiah in "Algorithm is Not Man's Rhythm," nor from what He has told great prophets in recent months and years. “But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” Matthew 24:36 God is very specific about how His children can know what to do every day, every step of the way, in their short lives on earth, including the end times. How you ask? The answer is PRAYER! The Bible says to "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6 And, that by so doing: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened." Matthew 7:7-8 And, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which you know not.” Jeremiah 33:3 I don't know about you, but I would welcome seeing some "great and mighty things" that I knew not, right about now, or anytime. In James 4:12-15, we learn the following about how to live our daily lives: 12 "There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judges another? 13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: 14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. 15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that." Pray earnestly to God, and ask for direction in your life, not just about the "big" stuff, but about everything, every day. Talk to God. Do you need prosperity and abundance? Turn your life over to Jesus Christ, and pray for what you need. God will not fail us if we are sincere in our repentance, or turning away from sin. So, while most people, including myself, do not spend a lot of time thinking about the end times, because, I mean, if you already follow God with all of your heart, mind and soul, then you probably will not do things much differently anyway.
